I have been a customer for…read moresomewhere between 27 and 30 years, and they're dumping me because my daughter made a mistake and used Roadside Assistance about eight times between 2020 and 2022. She did not understand that she needed to use it more sparingly. Then, in March of this year, her catalytic converter was stolen, and we submitted it as a claim. I guess that was the last straw. Instead of offering to raise rates or giving us any warning that this is going to happen, they canceled us. I am definitely switching companies tomorrow. I cannot believe this after such a long relationship. I have paid them so much money.
