Terrible service, terrible communication skills. 2 1/2 months to complete a screening for a rental. This time, they gave me the screening instructions with a snide "you should save them for next time". I gave them to my client - two frustrating days later when she could not access the website, the property manager advised us that they had changed screening companies, gave us the contact info and directed us to deal with them. "They" - ASG Florida - apparently don't answer phones or emails. I had to ask the property manager what the name of her company is because to write this review. If you ever consider putting in an application to stay at one of these properties under this Company. RECONSIDER! Marjorca isles 1 The worst experience ever if you are buying a townhome from here.The association fee's are $35,000 over due Bank lenders will stop you from closing on your home for this reason.Its been 1 month now and I haven't heard anything from the board . The New association there gives false information to the lenders and will not help you at all ,they do not return emails or answer phone calls .This is not a good way to do business be careful of what your getting into. read more

Absolutely the worst property management company in Pembroke Pines. Carolina the community manager is afraid to address issues. If you call and schedule a meeting with her or anyone in the office something always comes up. The HOA fee is insane. $240.00 for no gate, no gym or usable clubhouse, limited parking and not to mention, no internet. They suck!!!! I give this business zero rating! I just called to try and get some information on my account (it was recently transferred to them) and get a copy of the bylaws of my HOA. I was told to go to Homewisedocs.com. When I mentioned that I didn't have a user or password, the lady that answered the phone told me that it was my address and that she couldn't stay with me on the phone. When I asked if just the number address and what the password would be she mentioned that she couldn't stay with me on the phone while I went through the site because she had to get other calls. When I asked her what her name was she hung up the phone. This happened exactly 5 minutes ago (it is Nov 16th 2018 4:09pm, in case you are the business owner and want to narrow down which one of your employees it was). Terrible people to deal with, I bought a house and they made me go so many times, I asked if everything will be clear by the time I bought the property they said yes, after I bought it, they sent me a bill debt of 2000 dollars and the secretary and the assistant told me they were not alowed to tell me anything before I bought it, what kind of people(thief) are in those positions, unethical those kind of actions, for them the money is first before they even think how to help and clarify deals. Can't say how appreciative I am for the team at ASG, specifically Rachel Flanz and Jorge Pajuelo. There was an issue with building's AC, and my wife is 5 months pregnant and not working. Obviously concerned with the comfort of my wife, I brought the issue up to Rachel and the problem was solved that day! I know there were other residences requesting service, but given my circumstances I felt like the building actually cared and expedited the repair. Grateful to have such an efficient and compassionate management team operating our building! read more

They are horrible and crooked. I sold my home and did notified them of the fact. They kept sending me through this web of google chrome, firefox, registration, forms, passwords that didn't work. In addition to many phone calls, messages, etc.. Finally I reminded them regardless of what their internal broken cancellation policy is, they're prohibited from charging a non home owner a fee. This is where fraud can occur. They will be getting their fee from the new owner and thus have the financials justified with the payment, leaving the non homeowner fee FREE and CLEAR for them to do as they please, since they don't have to account for it at all. read more

Worst company i have ever worked with i was at my last stage to close on my home with majorca isles who they manage and boy i tell you gina, shannon and meleisa are the worst dies not return emails or calls im at list of 2000 dollars with them. The previous managment elite has tryed to help me more than they have. I will be attending a board meeting to address my issues abd how they help majorca lose a buyer. If I could put less stars I would do so! Being in real estate industry for many years I have dealt with bunch of property management companies but this one is one of the worst in south Florida! Their communication is poor, staff untrained and unprofessional. Not responsive to phones nor emails, even if you leave the voice message be sure - no one calls back. Is it really how management company works? When you trying to get a supervisor of the person you not satisfied with, he never there , he never answers calls/emails neither! They manage our building and implemented new procedures that won't follow themselves and that doesn't work. You never get that help you need in order to solve the issue, we hire them but they don't work for us. It is NOT that company you need for your business solutions! If you are looking for management company to work with, BEWARE of this one! There are so many good companies out there, you have a pool to choose from! I have had several dealings with AMG over the last few months. Initially it was to get approvals for various renovations. Their approval process was timely and efficient. However, the list of requirements that is on the web site differed slightly from what they actually required and so that delayed the initial submission slightly. Anybody that has had renovations done knows that the whole process can be daunting and full of unexpected issues, and so I appreciate their help and understanding along the way. I then needed a question answered regarding the new Comcast Programing that Comcast themselves could not answer. Samara was very efficient in getting back to me with the answer. All in all, I have found AMG to be very accommodating. read more
