Everyone was about 200+ higher than his quote was for my home. He had a VERY competitve price, which made me weary but his reviews online were flawless, so I chose to hire him and this was a very wise decision. This is clearly not true, the first inspection company I called other than these quacks said they highly encourage the buyer being there and that the buyer is present for the entirety of the inspection for at least 75% of their inspections. Go with another company that has more honest business practices, remember that being present during the inspection is a right you can insist on.
