I wish there was a bit more gravy as the biscuit was big. I really enjoyed the food. It is a cute restaurant in University area and I saw much more then just students so I think locals frequent there also. Our server was very friendly and helpful with me when I paid using my phone. They don't make eye contact, they seem annoyed when you order, they don't watch lines to see who was waiting the longest. We had a situation where one of the garage doors on the first level opened on a cold day, customers were super annoyed, and when I asked someone to close it, they stared at me and didn't say a word. They were just rude. I went to another employee and said, can y'all close that, and they were indifferent as well. I felt like I didn't exist. I went to play a few video games and realized they hadn't been cleaned. I got out quick. The ping pong tables had broken nets and the quarter ball machine wasn't working so people couldn't play. Easy things people! Seriously, you failed on the easiest things to do! Be friendly, use some cleaner, change a ping pong net, fix the vending machine. Conclusion: Wonderful place! Seriously, it is an amazingly fun business model. Either management is failing the staff, or, the staff is failing management. Figure it out and you will find 5 star glory.

I was on a hunt for a unique birthday party entertainment idea, and I found Varin's site on…read moregigamaster! Boy am I glad that I did. For my son's 1st birthday, we ran with the silhouette theme! And Varin made our day super fun and special! Varin is a highly skilled silhouette artist! She's also very professional and punctual. She came early to set up, and she even brought an iPad for the fidgety kids! She also brought a cool white chair that sits a little higher so that she can see the guests' profile better. When she got to the party, she got to work right away! She never once bothered me for anything, she swiftly cut our guests' silhouette and her assistant (extra cost) quickly adhered one copy of the silhouette to a cardboard paper for the guests to keep and adhered the second copy to our keepsake album that guests were encouraged to sign. Everyone really enjoyed the take home favor, and Varin made our event memorable! I would highly encourage her for your next event!!

Our guests were beyond ecstatic to have a memento to take home with them, and one that wasn't tacky in any way. Not only did guests get to take their silhouettes home, we also purchased frames through Varin so they were all really nicely framed. She also made a second copy of everyone's silhouettes and complied a guest book for us. Varin was incredible, quick, and captured our guest's striking physical attributes and you could tell who was who each and every time. Prior to the wedding we sent her pictures of ourselves as well as our dog, and she had my husbands and my silhouette, as well as our dog Badger's on display at the wedding. It was a wonderful touch, and we are so glad she did this, for we wouldn't have had time day of to get ours done.
