They not only listened to the "business" side of going through this process, but he and his team of caring people took time to listen to her story of trauma and distress over losing everything she owned with honest and sincere empathy and compassion. As of this weekend, her claim has been settled, she has been able to replace what she needs to move forward with her life in a new assisted living facility and although they could not replace her lost memories and precious treasures, they assisted in giving her what she needs to begin again.
