They not only listened to the "business" side of going through this process, but he and his team of caring people took time to listen to her story of trauma and distress over losing everything she owned with honest and sincere empathy and compassion. As of this weekend, her claim has been settled, she has been able to replace what she needs to move forward with her life in a new assisted living facility and although they could not replace her lost memories and precious treasures, they assisted in giving her what she needs to begin again. After I signed up I received a notice from the actual insurance company they had increased my quote by $800. I call, Sue says she will look into it but doesn't return the call for at least 10 days, then has an excuse why it took so long. Is it so hard to pick up the phone and at least update your client as to what is going on. The problem? Sue failed to completely copy my records proving I had prior insurance elsewhere. The original quote never materialized and I was told there was nothing that could be done; it was a decision made by the company. Then Sue 'offers' to get a quote from a different company, says she will call back next day; never called to this day. I called and left 3 messages, no return call; this is BS. My job was a customer service expert for a very long time, and I promise you this is not what real customer service looks like. As a local TV station recently stated in one of their stories, common courtesy isn't common anymore. Needless to say I went elsewhere.
