The owner Artie needs to take customer service course 101. She is very unprofessional and does not know how to treat customers. We gave UPROOTED a second chance because we like to support small business in our community but after 7-8 months of service at $65/mo (for only weeds) our yard still had so many weeds and thatch. God for bid you call and request extra service. She always as a "reason" aka excuse as to why there is STILL a problem in the yard and NEVER has a solution. Just excuses. After requesting extra service, which she didn't want to do, I asked why my lawn still had so many weeds etc and looked horrible. Artie then proceeded to say maybe she wasn't the right pest control for me and dropped me. REALLY ?! Must be nice to not need or want someone's business. She is not capable of providing good, ethical service and her answer is to drop you. Horrible experience and glad we are done with Uprooted. read more
