The only good thing, that happened to us was the receptionist, Keira. She was professional. And... on a separate note, I hope Hilton appreciates her and gives her opportunities. It's rare these days to find people who are so eager to work and help customers. The accessible room was a disaster, especially the bed. It didn't have the required 24-inch height for a person with a disability; it was only 12 inches high and of very poor quality. Breakfast was served through a nearby restaurant. The restaurant required guests to purchase the full breakfast menu to receive service. Guests couldn't just order a piece of toast and a cup of coffee like at other Hiltons. This proves once again that I'm right--read my review of Wyndham. Companies like this and others don't care about the customer; they care about how much money they make at the end of the month, and if a customer is denied a piece of toast, they don't care. There are people who can't or don't want to eat an full American breakfast. Do you understand? But no, they don't care, and on top of that, they let themselves be pushed around--or not--by a restaurant that's just a drop in the bucket compared to the Hilton's market share. But it doesn't matter; bottom line: money, and let the customer suffer. It was a disaster and poor taste.

Treat tray was empty and she didn't mention the "park your car around the back" sign( early phone call the next morning). Room was nicely decorated BUT didn't appreciate the flaky black pieces in the white comforter. The 5 small black pieces of hair( hubster is bald, Ian am long haired brown) on the bathroom floor AND the two globs of toothpaste dried in the sink I guess the housekeeper was tired.

We had an incident with our toddler getting sick and needed to use their laundry facility- only problem was that most of the places close were closed due to the time but they also didn't have any soap??? Said something about their usual vendor usually supplies them but didn't bring them any this time around? I know the launder the sheets/towels/etc I was confused that I couldn't purchase any soap whatsoever so that we could clean my toddlers blanket. So we inquired about their dry cleaning but the girl wasn't sure and said we would have to wait until the manager came in the morning to answer that question. We usually keep to ourselves and never need assistance but the one time we do no one was really able to help us. Ended up driving to the family we were visiting to use their washer instead. Defeats the whole purpose of advertising that residents can use the guest laundry facility. Also breakfast was eh. Always good with the standard waffles and breads. Eggs were not real (or at least didn't seem to be) and pretty scarce. Never any fruit or meats available even as early as 7am. No room service but they do have a snack area where they sell overpriced bags of chips and water etc. Next time we know to take our chances and try another place.

The hallway carpeting was gashed and ripped, the tub faucet dripped, the breakfast area floors were sticky when walking. There was very little food or choices for breakfast. The manager listened to the complaint about the toilet. Since we were there a very short amount of time (to sleep) we did not want anyone in our room during sleeping hours. He could have offered us a room with a functioning toilet. Or at least a discount! This place is so dumpy. The worstmotel we have ever stayed in. We like the location, but not worth the cringyness.

I'm not exactly sure what the other reviewers were looking to find at a Super 8, but as far as I'm…read moreconcerned, I found exactly what I was expecting. It's a hotel room worth $80 odd a night. The decor is a bit odd, but I mean, are you really paying for the decor? Or are you paying for a place to sleep for a night on your way through town? Let's be honest. The beds are a little stiff and cheap, yeah, but they're clean. Our sheets are clean and stain free. Floors look fairly newly carpeted, and they seem like they're trying to keep the place clean because there is a STRONG smell of floor cleaner. The tub floor is dated, worn, and stained, and the shower head is barely 6' so tall folks are gonna be annoyed. Again, you're paying $80. This is not a great place. This is a cheap place. You're taking a risk, sure, but more than likely you'll be better for it. Or you can complain about having no one to bring your bags up the stairs. For my money, it exists and I will survive in it. I've been in legitimately bad hotels. This is not a legitimately bad hotel. The mattresses aren't covered in plastic, if that's a clue. And honestly, I'd be surprised if it hadn't been renovated within the 6 months. Just have an open mind, be respectful of the staff that absolutely knows this isn't a four or even three star hotel, know what you're paying for, and you'll be able to sleep and leave in the morning.

I paid for my son & his wife to stay here while they were waiting to close escrow on their house…read more They stayed long enough that I earned a free night through Wyndham rewards. The hotel tried to charge my son erroneous charges on his credit card which were finally returned after they tried to make up reasons why they charged it (tried to say it was for taxes & my son showed the receipt that tax was included so then they said for room service which there is no room service). When my son finally checked out they checked the room & said everything was good & they would return the $100 deposit. A few days later when the return came through it was only $80. My son called & they lied & said it was not the Days Inn, then hung up on him, and then stopped answering the phone. My son went in there & they made up different lied about why the full deposit was not returned & my son asked for the front desk ladies name to which she replied, "F*ck you". I would never have anyone stay here again they are thieves.

We booked a hotel for this past Friday evening and it was the worst experience ever. We chose this hotel because it said it had a pool and breakfast which we were given neither. Upon checkin they demanded $100 cash deposit which we paid and once we got to our room we noticed the huge cabinet was broken, the room was unkept and the shower was not clean. There was hair all over the shower and the towels laying on the floor. We then went up to the desk to ask for a different room and we were told they couldnt help us because they were short staffed and did not have another room to give us. We were told sorry about the misinformation but they no longer have a pool because it was closed permenantly so the children had nothing to do and in the morning they did not offer breakfast at all. The apple/orange juice machine was down and the only breakfast was a bowl on apples on a counter which we can not eat because we are elderly and do not have teeth. When we asked Friday night if we could have a cup of coffee they said no that is only offered during breakfast hours between 7-9am so they told us we had to go to a gas station to get coffee. Between a dirty room, broken items in the room, no pool, no coffee and no breakfast this has got to be the worst experience ever. All night they had people smoking marijuana up and down the halls and they dont even care. Your kids must be subjected to this and there is nothing you can do. They spoke english perfect until there was a problem. When we asked for a refund they began speaking a different language and claiming they couldn't understand us.
