Guests couldn't just order a piece of toast and a cup of coffee like at other Hiltons.This proves once again that I'm right--read my review of Wyndham. Companies like this and others don't care about the customer; they care about how much money they make at the end of the month, and if a customer is denied a piece of toast, they don't care. There are people who can't or don't want to eat an full American breakfast. Do you understand? But no, they don't care, and on top of that, they let themselves be pushed around--or not--by a restaurant that's just a drop in the bucket compared to the Hilton's market share. Between a dirty room, broken items in the room, no pool, no coffee and no breakfast this has got to be the worst experience ever. All night they had people smoking marijuana up and down the halls and they dont even care. Your kids must be subjected to this and there is nothing you can do.
