The crepe cake slices are so smooth and full of flavour. It was fun seeing if you could pull apart one of the crepe layers. The Mini Egg with crushed mini eggs on top was pretty and lightly sweet. The Vanilla uses premium vanilla beans from Madagascar and the top layer has torched sugar. The Basque Burnt Cheesecake has delicious soft runny cream cheese inside. She told me they use the best quality ingredients for the pastries and gelato.
