We had a broken interior slider door glass pane that needed replacing. I didn't want a whole new door, just new glass. Al came out to pick up the door and took it to the shop. I told him I was in no hurry and we discussed putting a better handle on the door to make it easier to open. When I called to check on the door I was told the glass was on order and I'd get a call back with an eta. Next thing I knew, Al called to say the door was done and he'd like to bring it back that night. It had a beautiful new wood handle on it and went back in place easily. He even cleaned it and left me the glass cleaner. The price was exactly what I'd been quoted and I know it was a lot less than getting a new door, as I'm sure some companies would have recommended. They told me they would call when complete. Two hours later I received a call and was told the window was ready for pickup. THIEVES I had two pieces of window pane glass cut at True Value in Brookhaven 11x12 for $3.50 a piece I also needed two 10x28s and they did not have that size and recommended Aston glass. I went to Aston glass today and they charged me over $42.00 for two 10x28s. I know I should have asked before hand but what I payed at TV I expected no more than $10.00 a piece. If you can"t compete with the big stores maybe its time to close shop instead of ripping people off. read more

We needed a huge window glass replaced in our Bay Window. We priced other places and Aston Glass had the most reasonable price. They ordered the glass (insulated), it was received and installed in the time they told us it would be. It was installed perfectly and even cleaned once installed, by the installer. They are polite and they do what they say they are going to do for the price they quote. At first they said they would remove the old glass to use it for a template and cut the new piece in their facility, but the dimensions were too large and they had to order the glass, this did not change the price. We are very pleased with the service and the new glass. I would definitely recommend them. read more

I want to say great things about Aston Glass, they are local and I love shopping local. But they quoted a glass repair due to storm damage, and it was quite inflated. The guy even told me how to word it so that insurance company would pay for 2 other undamaged panes to get replaced. I'm not into insurance fraud, so I took a pass. read more
