Absolutely the WORSE auto customer service of any company I have ever dealt with WORLDWIDE! And I have lived in Europe for 7 years! I call parts department. There is no one to talk to, must go through maintenance. Get no human. Go to the website and search for a part for my DB7. Not only get nothing, but they don't even show ANY Aston Martin parts as an option! I get every other make but the one they deal in. So, I cannot get anyone to talk to, no use website, so the only thing I can do is set a service appointment. I fill out the form online and in the info block that I need PARTS and not service and to please call me since I cannot reach them. As expected with the sorry service, I get NO phone call at all. Not even a week later. This company has no business selling premier automobiles that they have no intention whatsoever of maintaining or providing parts. They just want the Sale and the quick cash. Disgusting! They don't deserve to sell Hyundai's! read more

I had a great experience with this dealership and would like to share. I was looking for a slightly used Vantage and had already had two previous ones inspected off-site at other dealers, with both finding significant defects the dealer had not disclosed. In fact, one of them was at Dimmitt in Tampa--not a good experience there and their conduct upon discovery of the defects was not professional. In both cases, the salesmen acted incredulous and insulted when I asked for a discount after discovering undisclosed defects during inspection. That brought me to Orlando AM. I decided to start directly with the sales manager, Philip Halstead. What a delight he was to deal with! Philip personally handled my inspections and questions. He understood that I was having some trust issues with dealerships after two bad experiences. He referred me to Don Byrd in service, and Don was very transparent in discussing the car's history. I had them perform their own internal inspection, done by a very competent mechanic named Craig, who was clearly an expert in Astons. It did turn up a few minor cosmetic issues, none of which were a major concern to me. I appreciated the candor. Just to cover my bases, I brought in an outside inspector. Again, Philip and Don were a delight! They made the car available to my outside guy, were helpful and transparent, and gave me great peace of mind that my purchase wouldn't turn into runaway maintenance costs. I bought the car. I am in Los Angeles, and I had to fly out to inspect the vehicle. Philip arranged for one of his sales folks, Rene Palacios, to greet me and take me out for a drive on the appointed day. The experience was a delight end to end. Rene was very helpful with the paperwork, and personally saw the car off as it was loaded onto a truck on a Saturday. I would like to rate their service on my Lotus but they have not been able to give me an appointment that works anywhere near my schedule. I need an oil change. I'm available this week and next but the next available time for them is in 2 and a half weeks. This is the second time I'm trying to get an appointment. The first time, I brought the car in and they said that they could not service it that day, so I told them I could leave the car there. Their response was, they do not have room to keep my car overnight. Most places try to accommodate the consumer, but not here. I hope to give a better review after I actually get my car serviced. read more

I needed service on my Lotus Elise. It was a little difficult getting ahold of the right person to help me. Once I found the right guy, he did a wonderful job taking car of me. They have nice salesman, and a great service department. Sometimes I would have difficulty getting them to call me back, but in the end I am satisfied. read more
