He's got a very laid back manner though highly professional. if it wasn't for the fact that I hate metal in my mouth and the sounds of drills so much, he'd see me much more often! the customer service is excellent which is saying a lot in Miami much less on the beach. truly a gem in the heart of our beach city. and also, it's very reasonably price. you absolutely get your moneys worth. unless either one of us moves, I'll be seeing Dr. Ilon from here on out for my dental care, and the place is beautiful too!

Dr. Nico and the staff were so kind, patient and informative about my procedure. Dr. Nico has the best bed side manners. And the bonus is the view of the ocean definitely calmed my nerves. Had a little issue with my pharmacy when trying to get my prescriptions. I called the office after hours around 8:32pm and their operating service answered and delivered the message to Dr. Nico. And he called me faster than a speeding bullet. Which definitely made me feel appreciated as a patient. My minor dilemma with the pharmacy got resolved immediately. During my departure they gave me a get well kit which included a lunch bag , two strawberry Haagen-Dazs ice cream, a jaw ice pack and most importantly instructions on how to properly take care of your oral hygiene. I went to 2 other oral surgeons before consulting Dr Nassary. Both of the other surgeons were proposing literally multiple unnecessary and unneeded complicated surgical procedures that would have cost me in excess of $10,000. Interestingly, neither of the two other surgeons agreed on what really needed to be done. Dr Nassary did ONE simple cost effective procedure, and my issues were resolved.
