During my initial consultation, I did not meet with a physician. The consultation was conducted by a non-medical staff member, and I was shown before-and-after photos and discussed treatment options. I elected to proceed with the procedure. I met the surgeon for the first time on the day of the procedure. At that time, the surgeon commented that I was already lean and questioned whether the procedure was necessary. The procedure was still performed. Following the procedure, I experienced unevenness, lumps, and indentations in the treated area. At follow-up visits, I was advised to undergo Morpheus treatments to improve the results, which I did at an additional cost of approximately $2,000. After completing the recommended treatments, some improvement was noted, but the contour irregularities remained. I was advised to wait several months and later underwent a revision procedure in October 2025. Despite following all postoperative instructions and recommendations, I continue to have visible contour irregularities in my abdomen. In a recent communication with the office, I was informed that no further revisions would be offered and that no additional corrective options were available. In total, I have spent approximately $17,000 related to these procedures. I am disappointed with the final outcome and feel that my abdomen appears worse than prior to treatment. While outcomes may vary, this reflects my individual experience, and I encourage anyone considering this procedure to ask detailed questions and fully understand the potential risks before proceeding.

After that I was passed to a different team that did not feel professional. You cannot speak to the doctor directly because everything has to go through a nurse. I still have questions that no one has answered even after three months. Every visit also left me waiting about an hour even with an appointment. This procedure is not worth paying over $10,000 especially when it did not work and the recovery time is long. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Save your money and go somewhere else.

I was not given time to properly consider or consent. His reason was that he preferred the projection. I was very clear from the start that I wanted a smaller, natural result. Because of this last-minute change the outcome is the opposite of what I agreed to. The implants are overly projected and firm, with very visible scarring and noticeable veins due to how tight they are. At a follow-up appointment, the surgeon raised his voice when I shared my concerns. The office offered a refund at that visit, but later said it would only be issued if I signed a non-disclosure agreement. I declined the NDA and still have not received the refund months later. UPDATE: I've been dealing with this back and forth for months. I finally agreed to sign the NDA their attorney had been pushing in order to receive my refund and move on privately, but never received a response. I stand by everything I shared.

They're perfect!! From the moment I spoke to Nora I knew I was in good hands. I was an out of state patient with a last minute scheduling need because of a horrible communication experience with a different surgeon who I would put down right now but who cares because of led me to the best. Nora rescued me from my stress. She she was calm cool collective and so understanding. I think she may have been a therapist in a past life. She got me on the schedule in super short notice and even some last minute testing at the hospital. It was like God sent her to me because I almost made a mistake of going to a subpar surgeon. God sent me a doctor with a great reputation who happens to have their office in the hospital..... I was safe and I knew it....heaven sent. Then I met Dr. Rosenbaum and i simply became excited about going into surgery. I was 1000% confident that he was going to do a great job that he understood what I wanted and didn't want; Confident that HE knew he would accomplish perfection and that I would be safe. I know it's cliché but I really walked out of his office feeling like I've known him forever. He's a person I would've remembered even if he wasn't my doc. I arrived The morning of surgery and had to wait two hours for my Covid test to come back (hospital policy). everyone in my family was calling asking if I was nervous. I wasn't at all....just excited. I couldn't wait for the hospital to give me those results so doc could "hook me up". not one second did I worry because Dr. Rosenbaum was perfect!!! So was His office, his staff, the hospital staff, and most importantly....my boobies are perfect. Lucky for me I have quite a few people want me to go with them to Dr. Rosenthal in the future so it sounds like I'll be having some excuses to see him again soon. I guess I should also mention that the entire healing process has been easier than expected. I wouldn't quite say it was even painful. It was a heavy discomfort in the beginning three days but FORTUNATELY nothing like I expected. the only difficulty has been remembering what NOT to do (reach too high, carry something too heavy) because I forget I'm still healing. I will follow up with another review and photos to further show off my happiness and how beautifully they settle over time.

This was my third set of breast implants. He did an amazing job, and I am truly happy with my results. What people should understand is that they need to make time for full recovery. Dr. Krau's work is 50%; the other 50% is up to the patient for great results.
