I have to make my complaint online and received an email acknowledging that someone would get back to me. No one got back to me , I finally spoke to the owner by cell phone. Three times he said he would look into it. still no answer one month later. The installation inside looks fine, the exterior the chalking is choppy and there is no framing around the window. There is a big gap between the window and the siding.It seems like a simple fix but I now wonder how well it is actually installed. I hope they get back to me to fix this issue. At this time I am not satisfied.

I realized some of my windows' tops had not been caulked outside the house, leading to a leak in the house, when I power washed my windows. I have called multiple times, emailed...still waiting for them to come finish the job, more than a month after my first phone call to them. When your windows cost you $14 000, you expect a fast follow up. I will not recommend this company in the future.

Sales rep advised that it would take a maximum of 3 to 4 weeks and that they would call to book the installation. Owner came to see the window and advised us to prepare it by opening up the wall and to move any electrical wiring, therefore we proceeded and the hole was prepared for them to install. Fast forward to the 2nd week of May and I had not received any update from anyone at Selcan. I then called and the receptionist advised that she would call me back in a few weeks to book a date for the installation. On May 27th I sent an email to the sales rep concerning the status of the window. He did not answer the email, no phone call either. The next day the receptionist called me back and she advised that they received the window and that the installation date was set for the morning of June 4th @ 9am. Fast forward to June 4th @ 9:10am, the owner calls me and advises that they cannot find the window. Owner told me that he would call me back as soon as he found the window and that they would install immediately, within a few days. Owner did not call me back. On June 5th, the receptionist sends me an email blaming the manufacturer, instead of owning up to their mistakes. She also advised that they would reorder the window and it would take another 4 weeks for delivery if I was willing to wait again. I called her and advised that I wanted a full refund. I don't understand how Selcan booked the installation without having the window. Disappointing and frustrating experience Never heard from the owner again Would not order from this company

I was told not to worry and that it would be replaced free of charge. He said a ball park figure to replace 3 small windows would cost anywhere between $600 and $800 and that I would receive the quote within a few days. 3 weeks later I called them and they had no clue who I was. Received an email 1 week later with a quote of $1400. Had an incredible time reaching anyone to discuss the quote. Receptionist didn't seem to know how to direct my calls and didn't speak English. When I finally got a hold of someone, I said that the quote was not within my budget and I didn't feel very confident with their service. The technician was sent to my house again to take measurements for the broken window and reiterated that it would be fixed free of charge. He admitted that I fell through the cracks because they were very busy and that the receptionist was incompetent. I followed up with them a week later to see when the broken window would be fixed and was told by the owner Bill that since I was thinking about replacing the window anyway, he didn't feel that he should have to pay for it. I told him that I was THINKING about replacing the window depending on the price and now it definitely needed to be replaced because Glass Experts BROKE IT. The company feels no sense of responsibility.
