While labour is just $98 per hour, not too bad,...the parts are 2 or three times what I would buy them for at FULL RETAIL. A 4 inch pulley at $25! They are $11.99 at Home Depot, and rated five stars by ALL reviewers. Are theirs made of titanium? If you want to pay at least twice the retail price of every single piece, then these are your guys!! Oh, and they replaced everything. Every cable, every latch, every spring, every pulley. Almost $700. What a huge dent in our budget. I know I could have had this done for under $400. :(

After several failed attempts to manually open the garage door to get my car out, I went into panic mode. Seeing that Overhead Door Co (the company I have always used) was closed and would not open until Monday morning, I just cut my losses for the weekend. On Saturday, I was out with a friend and happened to pass by Limoge & Sons. After a quick google search I saw they offered 24/7 emergency services. I gave them a call and the dispatcher couldn't have been any nicer, she got my number and told me a technician would be in touch with me. Within minutes a technician, who also couldn't have been nicer, gave me a call and went over all of my options: said someone could absolutely come over the weekend and quoted me an emergency service visit, he also offered for someone to come on Monday and quoted me a regular visit (both options seemed very financially feasible, in my opinion). I opted to wait until Monday-- yet another friendly employee called around 11am to see if it was a good time to come, got here around 11:20, assessed and explained the issue, fixed the problem and was done within 20 minutes. They had NEVER mentionned a working time fee until I confronted them about the bill. This company is dishonest and will install cheap parts while inflating the price. Be careful! I have to make my complaint online and received an email acknowledging that someone would get back to me. No one got back to me , I finally spoke to the owner by cell phone. Three times he said he would look into it. still no answer one month later. The installation inside looks fine, the exterior the chalking is choppy and there is no framing around the window. There is a big gap between the window and the siding.It seems like a simple fix but I now wonder how well it is actually installed. I hope they get back to me to fix this issue.
