I arrived about five minutes…read moreearly and had a seat in the waiting area, as I heard Adrianne in the back room busy with another client. Assuming they would finish up soon, I waited for my scheduled time (2pm). 20 minutes rolled by without my presence acknowledged, so I left and will be taking my business elsewhere. Though I'd only been once before, I'm disappointed--I was happy with my service the first time, but I don't have time to wait or be bumped by someone else's appointment without being for-warned.

From personal experience, she left me waiting for 1 hour while I could hear her laughing in her office next door. I just walked out because I felt so disrespected with my time. I never received a phone call apologizing or with a reschedule. They simply did not care. The worst of all she treated me for a service with faulty equipment she knew did not produce results that was told to me by employees working there at the time. I am going on 4 months of trying to get a refund from her office. It has been an absolute nightmare!!

When I apologized and asked if I was too late to come in. She asked me how far out I was. 3 blocks away I said. She responded by telling me to "get your ass in here". When I wrote to Dr. Franks about my experience she replied with an "apology" but admitted that her receptionist often disrespects people...but doesn't mean it. She went on to say that there were many "people who would love your spot if you don't want it". If you are reading this, you can have my spot, but I wouldn't take it. Reputable medical clinics don't use vulgarity towards their patients and smugly say that they can find someone else to bill.
