Three times they did it anyway! $40.00 for a small bottle of mouthwash! $30.00 for a small bottle of toothpaste, $260.00 for what was supposed to be a routine cleaning covered by my insurance..!! Some how I am supposed to know the difference between perio maintenance and ortho maintenance.. Even though I specifically said "DO NOT DO ANTYTHING THAT IS NOT COVERED BY MY INSURANCE!!! Three times I had to spend an unbelievable amount of time and effort to rectify the situation. Only to have those spineless CROOKS blame me and my insurance co. Do yourself a huge favor and STAY CLEAR OF ASPEN DENTAL!! Trust me, nothing good will come from it! Now the SPINELESS CROOKS have sent me a letter telling me that I am not welcome at their crooked dentist office and I will have to find another dentist... Fine with me

The dentures do not fit and are of absolutely no use. They protrude from my mouth and don't even look anything like my natural teeth. They look like costume teeth. So I have been one month with no teeth, no dentures that are wearable, and concerns about going forward with implants concerned that if they can't make dentures usable how will I get implants that fit and are done right. I have made no progress in getting my concerns addressed and am unable to eat or talk and no teeth. The Yakima office has been unresponsive and seem uninterested in working through my issues. Nw they have thousands of dollars for implant treatment and I am unable to seek services elsewhere. Do not trust your implant process to them. If things change I will update my review. The costumer care department has this far not been helpful.

I have had numerous root canals done in PNW large cities and Dr. Bolles ranks on the top! Selecting the Best endodontist is important for everyone, since we all want to be able to save our teeth and have them for the rest of our lives if at all possible. What I truly respected about Dr. Bolles is that he explained up- front that my tooth could be cracked and the only way he would know for sure is to go inside and look at the tooth canal with his operating microscope. This microscope greatly enhance his ability to view the tiniest details inside, and because of his expertise in diagnosis and treatment he was able to save my tooth. Selecting the right endodontist I feel is so important. My selection is based on 4 things: the doctor's education and the schools he attended for his specialty---all were excellent; his staff has experience, and most of all a caring attitude; his dental equipment is state-of-the-art, and his price is fair and reasonable--please compare I think you will surprised with the savings. Just recently received my first root canal with Dr. Bolles and was totally pleased, and tomorrow my second one will be done. Always getting the numbing injection is the hardest part, but Susan allowed the numbing gel to stay on the injection site by leaving the long Q-tip on for a while---I was able to hold it right where I needed to, for me pain is no gain. As you can probably tell I am beyond pleased by the whole experience!
