I have called more than three times last year alone with Bluecross representatives to get this resolved, yet I get another bill for the same amount today. Both bluecross and I tried to tell Kayla how to do her job correctly,( I really don't know why anyone has to tell her how to do anything), but she just doesn't know how to file simple insurance claim or know how to fix her own mistake. I have never seen this in any professional services I have received in my life and will never go back there again. This is absurd. At this point I am just waiting for the office to send me an unexpected collection letter and will not pay a penny until she gets this corrected. SMH.. Hope no one else is having this issue.

She eventually left, frustrated because it appeared that they had forgotten her appointment. The next day, she was called by the masseuse, who gave her a lot of misinformation about where she was, what time it was, and so on. She actually wanted to start an argument, blaming my wife for the fact that she was not there for the massage appointment. She says she was in the building and saw my wife drive away (at 5:40) but didn't answer the door? Even if she was there, what kind of business expects you to think that they are open if all of the lights are off? And if there's a reason for having them off, would it be too much trouble to simply put a note on the door to explain that you are there? Or, if you happen to miss an appointment as a masseuse, could you at least own up to it instead of trying to blame the client? Update: Got a call from the owner of the business. Here's the gist of it: "We understand that the masseuse was unprofessional, and I've reprimanded her for it, and you're no longer welcome at our business." Could this have something to do with the review posted here? It looks that way.

She went on to say that there were many "people who would love your spot if you don't want it". If you are reading this, you can have my spot, but I wouldn't take it. She made me really nervous when she said she had to dry staighten my hair just to see it so she could cut it. I wish I would not of tipped her, but I really like the owner. Otherwise I would not of. My hair was very uneven and the way she styled it looked horrible, never once asked how I would like it styled or does this style work for me. I had several people comment on how uneven my hair was, I just wanted to cry. What made me the maddest besides my hair being uneven, is I had to go someplace else to get my hair evened out. Now it is shorter than I wanted and this just made my whole week even worse. So Thank you Sienna.
