Im a regular here with my family. Fantastic selection of vapes and other stuff for great price instead of the one next to the college- come here and try it out. We're loyal customers and usually go during the day where there is a tender who is very sweet, welcoming, attentive and full of knowledge of every product on sight. I would give more than 5 stars just for home girl alone. She's the best and is even invited to my wedding. Lol We made the mistake of coming in the late afternoon /evening where they tried to refused a sale without my fiancé being present since I was using his card. I get it but It was a hassle, stressful when I have amazing service each time I come in. I had to drag my whole family out of the car to get my items inside the store while other customers were waiting. The young dark hair girl and the older man had explained the situation to me, which I did understand where they were coming from. However, I felt the interaction was very uncomfortable, rude and heightened my anxiety with my seizure disorder. I didn't want to get sick in the store so I left the store for my family to deal with. I appreciate you allowing our family which some are minors in your store instead of helping your regular customers who are always wonderful, respectful people to all your employees. I have mad respect for the morning attendant and we will remain a loyal customer that drops near half a grand on products weekly over a year now. I hope the night team works on their customers service skills so I can refer people to go over there again and I can edit this review. First time I had a bad encounter and it was with the night crew. If you want a great experience with someone know her stuff, please come in the early day. She got your back.
