my go to shop fr, been coming here since 2023. I recently went to a shop out in Riverside (Royal Haze Smoke and Vape) and the guy there was so so rude and I'm pretty sure he upcharged me as I paid basically $40 for a single UT vape!! I always get charged here between $25-$30! I recently moved to Riverside with my girlfriend and I was in need of a new vape, but didn't feel like driving all the way to oc for a new one. I will never ever cheat on this place ever again, and I will willingly make that hour long drive to come back every single time. The staff here is always so friendly! I once purchased a brand new vape, tested it out and it was a complete dud so the worker was so kind to replace it with a new one! Everyone here has always been so kind and very friendly, I've even came in like 10 minutes before closing (I work only night shifts and sometimes get off work at 11-11:30pm) and they've never expressed any sort of disappointment and annoyance every time I walk in as I'm usually just in and out. Even if I'm just standing looking at a new flavor to try, they've always acknowledged my presence and will tell me to just let them know whenever i'm ready. Sometimes when I ask for recommendations they will always give me some new flavors to try and if they personally like it as well, which is 10/10 customer service. Will always recommend this place to anyone who asks me where I go. Thank you for being so friendly every time, and i'm so sorry I cheated on yall but never again lol! read more

Love this place , everyone is always so nice. The girls that work there are so helpful. Always has everything I need. I needed a new coil for my vape and I could not find anywhere that had this coil. You get what you pay for. I will say in a pinch they are okay to patron. However, despite the cheap prices you're also getting cheap products. Moved down the street about two years ago and would come here off and on. The majority of vapes I have purchased either run out fast or taste horrible. I spent a total of 77.00 at this store. Customer service with Lesie was good. I bought a 5.00 can of whip it premium butane and it says on the can . Buy one and get 1 for freeeeeeeeee. I didn't notice until I was sitting in my car. I brought it back ans the guy inside the store told me " ITS only like that in certain stores. Im a regular here with my family. Fantastic selection of vapes and other stuff for great price instead of the one next to the college- come here and try it out. We're loyal customers and usually go during the day where there is a tender who is very sweet, welcoming, attentive and full of knowledge of every product on sight. I would give more than 5 stars just for home girl alone. She's the best and is even invited to my wedding. Lol We made the mistake of coming in the late afternoon /evening where they tried to refused a sale without my fiancé being present since I was using his card. I get it but It was a hassle, stressful when I have amazing service each time I come in. I had to drag my whole family out of the car to get my items inside the store while other customers were waiting. The young dark hair girl and the older man had explained the situation to me, which I did understand where they were coming from. However, I felt the interaction was very uncomfortable, rude and heightened my anxiety with my seizure disorder. I didn't want to get sick in the store so I left the store for my family to deal with. I appreciate you allowing our family which some are minors in your store instead of helping your regular customers who are always wonderful, respectful people to all your employees. I have mad respect for the morning attendant and we will remain a loyal customer that drops near half a grand on products weekly over a year now. I hope the night team works on their customers service skills so I can refer people to go over there again and I can edit this review. First time I had a bad encounter and it was with the night crew. If you want a great experience with someone know her stuff, please come in the early day. She got your back.
