I drive by this store quite often and never thought of checking it out. To my surprise It was clean and the interior is very nice and lighting was great. I walked in looking for a ROOR as a gift for my boyfriend, as I saw they sold them here from their Instagram page. Luckily they had just the perfect one at a reasonable and competitive price. It's nice to come across a clean and accessible glass shop these days with everything going on regarding the pandemic.Masks are worn by staff as well as required by customers. I feel safe shopping here :) Plenty of glass/smoke shops in oc however if you want QUALITY glass, durable products that won't break easy then come here! Def a great investment to make. I've bought a few pieces from these guys that are just stunningly beautiful, nice thick hand blown glass, most of it(if not all, I don't know though) made right here in California. They were even nice enough to order me a glass whip for my vaporizer after I broke it. I had ordered one from another shop before and they never came through with it. with Cesar, I had it the same day. I don't know if he can make that happen every time, but it was great and I really appreciated it! This is the shop for all you tobacco accessory needs! The service is not as good as I expected for the prices. They say " Quality" but the products can be found anywhere. Limited selection on pieces but maybe in time they will have a better selection. They need to impress with service if they want to retain customers. read more

Overpriced for basic smoking needs. Nothing too special here. The employees are sometimes helpful. I guess it depends on their mood for that day. I was treated in a negative manner the second time I came into this shop for some odd reason. When the first visit was pretty positive in my opinion. Not sure what changed. Anyways, there are more reasonably priced smoke shops in the area. I wouldn't recommend my friends to go here so you shouldn't either. read more

Good selection, but overpriced and employees are awful. Bought a new bowl piece right before closing and it didn't fit my bong, tried to come back first thing in the morning when they opened and the guy wouldn't let me switch it and said that I already smoked out of it, how did I smoke out of it if it didn't fit my piece. Was it worth losing a customer who has spent a lot of money in the store over a $20 bowlpiece? read more

Great shop. Drove about an hour away to pick up a piece. Walked in and right away i like the graffiti in the entrance, walked around checked out all their product (which they have everything you would need) then asked the staff member Dave to pull out 2 custom ARTS so i could check out. Looked at both an decided which to buy. Pretty much knew what i was coming in for but Dave was very cool and was very knowledgeable in glass which was cool to talk about since dont really get that in a smoke shop nowadays. And as i was leaving Dave gave me a ARTS hat as a gift which was awesome. All in all great shop with good staff and awesome glass.
