Ghanahyam is one of the nicest guys and he was so accommodating and nice to talk too. Believe it or not but his vape products are priced lower then most vape shops!!! Love This Place, it's the "CHEERS" of Smoke Shops I started shopping at Cypress Smoke Shop over 2 years ago, Just when the owner "Mike" bought the place. Since day one he has been focusing his energy on making his Smoke Shop into the best place around. He is constantly bringing in new products from the coolest Lighters & Torches to the Finest & Highest in Quality Glass Ware. It seems like he is always rearranging his store making it almost a game to figure out what is either new in the store, or just moved to a more convenient position on the floor. I love that his cold drinks and candy bars are the cheapest around (yes cheaper than 99c store) but my favorite thing is.... He listens to his customers needs. Worst customer service ever. His hours posted are never correct. He closes shop and leaves whenever he wants. I drive from HB. And I've been there THREE times when they were closes, during business hours. They have excellent service here and always make sure the customer is satisfied I ran into a little situation where I bought a cartridge for my CBD oil however that cartridge did not work with my battery so I went back and explain to them that the cartridge was not working and they gladly exchange it for a new cartridge and nowMy CBD oil is vaping perfectly. I usually go for the Romeo y Julieta reserva real in robusto, the Monte Cristo white, My Father Connecticut. Here I discovered Baccarat Cigars and Nub Macchiato.
