Literally just left this smoke shop & yet again, they've come through major. I had been contemplating a hot tool for a while now since I've got a Puffco peak pro, the tool it comes with just isn't it, I waste product just trying to get it in the damn chamber. Anyways, a little while ago Bear Quartz dropped a new trio 2.0 in sunset/orange color that matches my Puffco. By the time I decided to get it, completely sold out on best quartz official site. Today I made up my mind I'd get the bear quartz hot tool instead of the Puffco one, I have called I kid you not I called about 20 smoke shops in Orange County hunting down a trio 3.0, majority of them didn't even carry the trio 3.0 to begin with, some didn't even carry bear quartz at all. The ones that DID carry it stated they've been waiting for a shipment for a while now and have been sold out for over a month. I even went through bear quartz smoke shop map & NOTHING! I finally decided to call this smoke shop even tho they weren't included in the BQ map, but I've had good experiences here so far so I decided why not, I was willing to go to South OC to TRY to find one. Josh picked up the phone and answered my prayers, he made me the world's happiest little dabber. Great attitude/personality, friendly and happy to make a sale, had the EXACT trio 2.0 I was looking for and had plenty in stock. Thanks again Josh! Fake ELF BARS. Scanned the code after I purchased and takes you to no website. The letters on the side are always raised up a little and this one is not. Great first experience, however received a defective unused electronic. Was treated rudely and the employee supposedly did not have authority to return or replace this $20 defective item. I was told to return when a certain individual is here, which I will not do since it is too far from where I live: this took several hours and nothing but frustration. BE CAREFUL FAKE PRODUCT!! I got a vape and a stiiizy with a stiiizy battery from this place for $115 & tipped the white dude that was working $10 cuz he was kool. When confronted about the product being fake they just said all sales were final. Whatever it is that's in the vape pens here it smells like detergent.
