I came here to have the derailleur adjusted because the chain on a new bike I bought for my son keeps coming off when shifting. One quick look the guy (can't remember his name, but is a Filipino guy) at the shop noticed the chain was too long and needed to be cut. I believe that was $5 to do and then the to adjust the derailleur, it was going to cost $30 ($35 total). He said to leave the bike there and he will call later when it is completed. I decided to go grab some lunch while I waited for the bike to be completed. He called a couple hours later and said the bike was done and ready to be picked up. When I arrived he said the chain was bent in a spot, so those were the links he removed. He also said one of the adjustments on the derailleur was broken as the derailleur that came with the bike was cheap. He also made a few other adjustment to the bike for free which was greatly appreciated. If you need to purchase a used bike, need some adjustments on your bike or need to fix/replace any parts, Green Bicycle Depot is a great place for budget price.

I bought four tubes, paid for two, and had four flat tires on my first ride out. At first, I thought it was my own faulty tire, so I had an employee at Ken's check it out. It was fine. When I gave Ken the opportunity to make things right, he said flatly, "There is nothing I can do, your tire is bad." When I showed him the receipt from his store the previous day, saying the tire was fine, he still stated there was nothing he could do. I will never use this store again. Let the buyer beware. Poor-quality merchandise, even worse customer service from the owner.

He told us that he could have our scooter tire replaced within 4 hours, so we hung around especially coming from South Sacramento this was a plus. We had previously taken the scooter to a very popular place in sacramento, Tahoe Park who would not replace the tire because we wouldn't allow them to fix other things that were wrong with the scooter. So, Winston told us what was needed and we will definitely be back to use him to make those repairs on the scooter. If you have read this far please go see the bike shop. I will never steer you wrong in my review. We had a very positive experience. Winston's customer service went above and beyond what was needed.

I came in, and the people at the counter were very helpful, pointing out the area where they held the types of bikes I would need, then helped me fit the bike. After that, he helped me pick some accessories for my bike, (bell, and a kickstand) and told me to come back in 30-45 minutes to put them on, and to help me because the seat was a little too high, but I didn't fit the size down, we came back, and they were almost done. I started learning to ride my bike later that day, it's perfect, definitely an amazing bike for what it's worth.
