We got carbonara and curry sauces to go with our Katsu. The curry sauce has a really robust flavour profile and is full of all these incredible warm spices, I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend getting this sauce. The carbonara sauce was nice as well and really creamy, I just wish it was a TAD bit spicier. I'm not sure how but Katsuya always has the flakiest crispiest Katsu and it is so appreciated.
