I even went back and told them about the issue, and they put another new screen on, but the problem persists. This business fixes cellular phones. Took my iPhone in to replace cracked glass, got a very reasonable price on that ($80). They advised me that my battery health was down to 86%, and that the mid-to-low 80s is typically when one will see a dramatic deterioration in battery life. I replaced the battery ($50), but saw no difference whatsoever. Fortunately, they allow you to return the new battery and get your money back within 30 days if you don't notice improvement. Went in to get my battery replaced it was not holding a charge. I was explained the process with my iPhone XR would have a message about battery type unknown. I asked if I could have them install my provided tempered glass screen protector. I know if I did it I would be disappointed with the results. I grabbed lunch return and was presented with my phone with new battery and professionally installed screen protector. I was not charged for the screen protector install. I've only had experience selling my old phones to them. We upgraded and combined contracts over a year ago & the husband started having issues with his phone after the warranty was out. We're coming up for another upgrade and still had our previous phones so we decided to take those up to make some money to put tword upgrading at least his phone. We took 4 phones in and made 30 bucks, not much but something back is better than nothing back on phones you won't use anymore, plus none were smart phones and all older models. (Plus they are a Verizon store, but take all cell companies.) I'm not a big online seller so I'm sure if & when I was going to upgrade my phone again I'll go to them to sell my old one because then I know its going to be wiped unless I end up just letting it become an ipod touch for the kiddo. read more

When they fix your phone it looks good, but checks off all the signs of a BAD REPAIR. I went here a couple times thinking I was getting good service for a good price and even told friends about how great this place was, only to realize they use cheap screens and they don't seal my screen to my phone. If I were to do a small drop after the repair, my screen would pop right off easy. Another time I got my phone back and the screen was darker than usual, which is a good indicator of a cheap screen. But they do make it look good for a fair price, I guess a true instance of "you get what you pay". read more

My second visit here. Camera was not working on my iPhone 5. They replaced the camera, but it still was not working. So Daniel recommended returning phone to default. Phone was backed up, but Apple now has two-step verification, so had to go home to get code. Once phone was restored, found camera still didn't work. So Daniel said he would refund the installation for the camera. I DID NOT EXPECT THIS! He and his coworker spent a lot of time with me. I need a new phone, obviously, and I will always bring my phone and my wife's here for any repairs. This is an honest and reputable business. read more

I've used this business several times in the last few yrs and today was yet another above-and-beyond experience. My daughter woke me up at 6am telling me her iphone, which she needs to communicate with us while attending 3 weeks of daytime summer camp, had a message: No SIM. No sim, no phone. I looked up how to reset at midnight before bed but phone was still backing up. I didn't want to reseat SIM card while phone was on. Took overnight to backup! I was still asleep as i pull the sim card tray out and then tried to reinsert... without the sim card tray. When I realized my mistake, I couldn't get the card out. I gave her my phone when i dropped her off and took her phone to Yakety Yak for repair. They repaired in 2 min. Cost? Nothing. Advised me what was going on with a phone that intermittently loses sim card read ability. Cost? nada Same happened to me last yr on a different issue. Come on! Who keeps helping customers without charging? I'm going to have to buy my next screen protector, case or phone or something from this place, just to make sure they stay in business!
