Don't use this company! Valets are rude and make snide comments about their clients.

I would rate these sad excuses for a business negative stars if possible Absolute worst experience with any valet services I've ever encountered. We went out to bourbon street barrel room for my girlfriends birthday and my parents used the valet services provided by ASV. When we left The driver "lost" my parents keys for over an hour while they stood in the rain. Apparently he found my parents keys in his pocket after an hour of looking on the ground in the street and surrounding area. The employee did refund the $10 fee for the service, the boss named Chris did not seem to really care about the inconvenience his employees put on my parents, he even went as far to question whether or not an Uber could cost $50 at 10 pm from Tremont to rocky river. The employee who "lost" the keys was named Andrew. If you are using this service in Tremont next to Bourbon street barrel room I'd recommend asking for a different employee to take your car. I'm tempted to start my own valet service in their vicinity and charge a dollar less because I know I can provide a better service than the services provided by ASV at this location. It is clear customer service is not their forte yet they work in a customer service industry. Overall piss poor performance as a whole for ASV. The employees have no wherewithal to navigate a negative situation , the boss had to be called over 15 times by his employee to be reach. His first response was that he would reimburse my parents for an Uber if they could prove the cost of the trip and he would reimburse my stepfather for the cost of the keys to be replaced if not found but only with proof of price by receipt. If you have to haggle on price to fix your own mistakes as business you have no place doing business to begin with. Boss' name is Chris albu I believe or so the employee named Andrew said. read more

Great valet experiences at Blue Point Grille downtown Cleveland. The valets were quick, courteous and extremely professional. To my surprise, they were all wearing masks and even used a sanitizing wipe to clean the interior of my car after they brought my car back. This company has it together during this crazy time. read more

Every year I go to Lago New Year's Eve Party and stay the night at Aloft Hotel and Park at VALET last year the Valet destroyed my friends car when they parked it in a big pothole and scratched it up getting it out they denied it THIS YEAR THEY HIT MY CAR DOOR DENTED IT UP AND SCRATCHED IT I even have proof as soon as they brought it from valet Chris the manager says to report it to my insurance looks like a hit and skip THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO BE BONDED AND INSURED THROUGH EVEN ACCORDING TO THEIR WEBSITE I have heard a lot of complaints about them I just can't believe it I'm disappointed read more

We used this service at Aloft downtown and they returned my car to me with a very large deep cratch on the passenger door that they tried to buff out and then failed to tell me about They driver purposely left my door open so I wouldn't see it when I went to get in the car. I am so furious! It's a brand new car! Hire people that know how to drive and aren't scandalous losers! read more

Used this valet service in tremont. The valet driver used my 4wd shifter on accident instead of the actual shifter. Got it stuck in 4 wheel drive and is now costing me over $1000 in damage. Chris will not call me back and the driver is obviously not admitting fault. I've owned the car for 4 years and never had an issue with 4wd. I highly recommend finding a different company to go with any valet services you may need. Update. Chris returned my call 3 minutes after my review and said his driver remembers turning my car on and seeing the 4 wheel drive lights come on. They were not on when he got in my car to park it. Chris believers his driver did nothing to my vehicle. Zero accountability, lousy lousy drivers. I don't understand how he can admit to seeing the lights on but deny he did anything to the vehicle. read more

I would not use this company again and would risk walking alone at night to a parked car. I used this company last Saturday night at Crop. When my car was returned to me, there was a large slash in my leather wrapped steering wheel in a very prominent place that I would have noticed had it been there before. The attendant on duty was actually very nice and asked if he could take a picture to send to his manager and gave me the phone number to contact him directly. After a week of trying to get someone to answer the phone or my contact on the web, I finally spoke to the manager, Chris. He claims there is no way this could EVER happen. None of his drivers wear rings and they don't drive with the keys (and sharp ring attached to the key fob or ticket stub in their hands). Accidents happen. Recognize that your customer may be right and do the right thing. He completely dismissed me. read more

I cannot say enough about how bad my experience with this valet company was. We used the service on Literary Road in Tremont, right by Barrio. Normally we wouldn't have used a valet, but it was pouring rain & there was no parking close so we bit the bullet. The man who was waiting on us said he could drive a stick, I would find out later that wasn't the case. We come out of Barrio to find our car running with its hazards on. We waited five minutes for the man to come back to get our car, totally understandable because they were busy. He gets in our car and backs out. His the low curb, gets stuck, and starts grinding our clutch. We went all the back to streetsboro when we realized he never gave us our main key fob back (our fob with our house keys& work keys). We just got this car two days ago, so we had our extra key fob in the car. We drove all the way back to Tremont to get our keys. The two other employees, one of which I think was the supervisor, helped me track down the man who drove my car. He denied ever driving my car until I got nasty with him. Then he tried passing the blame to the other employee. He only remembered where he put my keys when the supervisor started yelling at him. Worst experience ever. If I could give them zero stars I would. read more

ASV Services has the contract to valet park at the Cleveland Downtown Aloft. My family stayed at the Aloft for a wedding. When my daughter asked for her car to go the rehearsal dinner at the front door of the hotel - she waited for over 30 minutes. She was finally told that her car was not drivable, because the valet services had a serious accident. The valet attendant rear ended another vehicle at significant speed on 9th St. Neither the valet service or the hotel was the least bit helpful after the accident. It is now two weeks later and ASV Services insurance company has not given us a final offer - but are suggesting a total loss of a 2009 Ford Escape!! I would not use this company for valet parking services, given my experience with the accident and followup by ownership over the past two weeks. read more

The service of ASV is horrible. They parked my car while I went to the Willoughby Brewing Company and they damaged back right quarter panel. It was not noticed until the light of day the next morning. I had been no other place except to have them park the car. I called them and they assured me I would have been notified by the driver if he had done it(for sure). I have no recourse for action.They drive through lots exceedingly fast, caring nothing for pedestrians. They almost hit someone.OF COURSE THEY COULDN'T HAVE CAUSED THE DAMAGE. Since it was reported the next day they are not doing anything. Good thing for them it was dark (and the driver dishonest) and I didn't do a thorough inspection. FINAL THOUGHTS IF YOU WOULD USE THEM "DON'T USE" THEM. CHECK YOUR BELONGINGS, YOUR CAR, AND DON'T MAKE A MISTAKE OF NEARLY GETTING HIT. read more

I use your valet every time I am in the East Bank of the flats, I come here weekly, unfortunately I will no longer. You have an employee named "Eric" he has a thick accent, short dark brown hair. The valet was very very busy, which I can understand that for a Saturday. I waited almost 10 minutes for my car to be attended and I had to go up to talk to the valet men because cars would pull up and they would give them attention immediately so I had to notify them I have been here for 10 minutes while cars pull up and get attention immediately. This is when I met Eric, he told me I was an impatient woman and he then looks to the other men that work there and I hear him say "all bitches are impatient". When I said "excuse me what did you just say?!" He then laughs in my face and claims they are too busy and having to wait 10 minutes is not a long time, even if others were attended to before mine although I'd been there first. And when I asked for a manager HE claimed to run the whole business. I came to find out from the other men who were working the valet, that he actually is not even close to being management and has had several problems with women. When I went to pick up my car about an hour later Eric was there again saying very very rude, sexist, mean things. Due to this one pig of a man, I will never use your service again. I will also notify my friends and family of this and I can guarantee you will be losing business. I suggest you screen your employees more carefully unless this is how all of you treat women. read more
