The man working there (very thin, around 50 years old, with a black beard) first told me to leave the store so he could pray during business hours, which was already inappropriate. During the time he was repairing my phone, he made repeated comments with a sexual undertone and behaved in a way that made me feel very uncomfortable. On top of that, he sold me what turned out to be a fake Chinese iPhone and replaced my original screen with a very cheap low-quality one (around $13 value)for 170 $ When I later asked for a refund after discovering the phone was fake, he denied ever selling it to me. When I tried to address the issue, he started yelling aggressively and behaving in a completely unstable manner, so I had no choice but to leave. I reported this place to right departments

I'm out $100 and still have a broken phone just in a new place. Not to mention when I got my phone back from " being reapired" the speaker had mysteriously blown then less then a week later my $100 new screen and glass just comes unglued and falls completely out breaking the connection to phone. I did enjoy the service of being able to be free to put myself on the waiting list and walk around the shopping center. Anyway I went back to the store after about 45 minutes because the estimated wait was 49 minutes. I still waited at least 10 minutes. Of course I come to find out that the text service was having issues so notifications failed to go out. Ugh of course. Anyway the time when you finally got to see a t mobile employee wasn't bad. The person who helped me did not tell me his name but he had beautiful sleeves of colorful tattoos that I openly admired. He was awesome and answered all my questions. I have a love/hate relationship w Apple but I upgraded to a lavender iPhone 11. I appreciate the ease of use but I hate Apple in other ways. Be very careful of the upgrades and promotions at this store! They will tell you that with the…read morepromotion that your monthly bill will actually go down so you end up with these ghost lines on your account and when you call ATT to remove them, they tell you that they are part of a promotion and can't be removed without a fee - I have two lines that I can't remove unless I pay 400$ and 500% respectively and my bill did not go down. Just be careful and call the ATT number for confirm all upgrades and promotions to confirm new costs. My mistake, fell for it twice, but they know exactly what they are doing and the ATT main number confirmed that they get commission on those upgrades and promos. FYI
