They didn't even attempt to take my old fridge out, which I paid them to do, and called me to let me know it's delivered AFTER they left the house! They guy told me to learn to measure before I buy. Mind you, I don't need to learn. I'm an Ivy League educated who do in fact know how to measure. The refrigerator was 28 inches wide and 31 inches deep. My door is 30 inches wide. So, simple math, you can fit the damn fridge in there. You know how I know? Because my old fridge was the exact measurement you retard! I'm so disappointed how the delivery team treated me as a loyal customer for years! I've spent at least 50k on items I bought from Lowe's over the year for businesses and personal needs. Unless they reach out to refund the $200 I spent on hiring people to finish their job, I'll be posting this review everywhere!

We later learned that we could pay for it and get it outside. The employee outside was rude and refused to help us even though he helped everyone else. He stated that we entered the wrong way and had to leave. I ended up loading about half a ton myself despite being nearly 70 years old. We had other problems with Lowe's associates. Needless to say, there are many rude, ignorant and lazy individuals working at this location.

Review of Norris Sales Company…read more I am so disappointed in the juxtasposition of how this company advertises itself and how it and it's staff actually operate. The first day that the lift was dropped off I was told it was the oldest one that they had in stock. On a month rental, I was charged a damage waiver fee along with having to provide my own inland marine insurance, which essentially covers damages. When presented with the inquiry I was told that it's company policy. This is a cost that I took on instead of forwarding it to my client. During the first hour of operating the lift it shut off on me while I was alone, 50 feet in the air, and the cage tilted itself. The lift was then switched out, the next day, costing me a day's worth of work. The cage on the newly replaced lift would not swivel so a mechanic had to come out and service it, costing me more man hours on the job. A few days later the alternator on the lift began failing and we lost a total of 3 days in time due to it not working, servicing hours, and a swap out. I was told that they were down a guy, regarding mechanics and that I'd have to wait for it to be serviced and changed out. Mechanic showed up the first time to switch it out and never brought a key to start the machine. The most recent lift that they gave us ran out of gas after only a week of use and we were told that we had to provide our own fuel service. I would think that a 40 gallon diesel tank could handle being ran, on and off, for more than 7, eight hour days. If it were allegedly full when it was given to us. After being behind on the job (of which would have been finished within the 28 day rental) due to these problems: I had to request that the lift be rented for another month because they only charge by the week or the month. I was given a quote for $3600 over the phone then billed for $4,440.00. When I inquired about the cost I was told that the quote didn't include damage waiver fees, taxes, etc... When it's all said and done: contractors should rely on their vendors to, partner with them on projects. Not make them look bad to clients and cost them time and money. Though it may take a little more footwork on your end, I'd go elsewhere for your rental needs. It may even cost a little more upfront but in the long run it won't cut into your bottom line. These guys are going to do whatever they can to squeeze more money out of you with no remorse nor concern for future business. Giving you lifts that don't have a full tank then charging you to refill it upon returning the equipment etc....

They showed up on time, we're extremely communicative, and stayed for an hour after everything was closed up to make sure the leak stayed sealed as we ran appliances and sinks. They also wore PPE no questions asked. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again.

I provided my email and phone number. In a matter of hours I got a response indicating that they had the item in stock and the price was provided. The price was less expensive than what other private sellers were expecting on Facebook Marketplace. I had several quick exchanges with them by email to confirm the product's features. I went to the Bellmawr, NJ location to purchase it. The staff there were very helpful in reviewing the operation of the item and in particular ensured that we received the proper sling for the size and functionality we needed. They even helped us load the item into our SUV. We also picked up some incontinence supplies at about half the cost of retail stores. They have a massive warehouse of all kinds of medical equipment. I would not hesitate to make Goodwill my first stop for medical equipment needs.

They called the morning of the scheduled day to give me a 1 hr window and showed up on time! And the two delivery guys were great. Showed me how to use the apparatus, etc. I will be going back there for all of my medical equip needs. They have everything, including great service and compassion. Angels on earth!!!
