The two employees who helped us were friendly and knowledgeable. They also knew how to multi-task, and did a good job attending to customers. Buying a cell phone is about as much fun as a root canal, but Lupe (her "official name" is Tejada) goes out of her way to help out the customer. I was there to buy an iPhone on a promotion, and had all my info ready. However, there was a "glitch" in porting the number and Lupe did some creative "persuasion" to get them to push it through. While I waited to get the number transferred, another customer came in, but did not bring his required account number, pin number, etc. Lupe did an amazing job of getting this info from his previous carrier (again, using some "creative" skills!) and helped him get the promo code for a better deal than he originally came in the store to get (actually, the deal I was getting). Not many store personnel would be so thoughtful as to give the customer a better deal. To be honest, the decor and "waiting room" stools left much to be desired, but when I mentioned the hard metal stools, Lupe went into the office to get me a nice padded folding chair. When I called to check and they told me it would be another week they offered to give me a loaner, I explained I had asked from that at the start and inquired why they didn't extend the offer then they said it was because they aren't good loaners so they just say they don't have them.... I feel like for a company who makes a living repairing people's computers they would be more understanding of the fact that someone cannot go for 2 weeks without a computer.... I ended up having to buy another computer cause I couldn't wait two weeks and then still had the expense of them fixing it.
