I called the anderson location with a concern with a "Swolen-dangerous" battery on my Samsung Galaxy A14 phone. I spoke with a Really Rude/Bossy employee named Myra that was so hurried/rushed and inconsiderate that I was reluctant to drop off my phone. I am handicapped and had trouble finding the battery so since she said they had only One left in stock, I decided to drop it off that day. When I showed up at the store, she was even More Rude and inconsiderate and whenever I tried to ask a question about turn around time, ie she cut me off and derogatively called me "Boss"!!?! She quoted me a price and I asked her if she needed my pin # and she rudely cut me off again and replied "Boss, I'll get to that". They made me feel miserable and like I felt like I should feel honored that they got to work on my phone. There are dozens of these types of business out there, they aren't special...if my caregiver who dropped me off had more time I would have found a different store to give my business to. She was in such a Hurry that she didn't bother to get Anything but my last name and cell phone number. No address/email or physical/no first name/when I asked if I were in the system, she just kept bullying me thru the sale. When I asked for a physical receipt or even an emailed receipt, she replied, "You don't need one, we have cameras everywhere!!??!". HUH!!?! that makes Zero sense. Expecting someone to leave a phone with a complete stranger-for all I know, she's a convicted felon and now has my pin # and access to All my banks, private stuff, ie. THAT'S ABSURD. My caregiver was in a hurry, so I left the phone, but then decided after about 30 minutes that this was Not a good idea, at all. So I called the store back and asked to speak to a manager. I got Jimmy on the phone and he was equally Unhelpful. When I told him I was just going to come pick up the phone,he gave me a text message that looked like a kindergardener wrote. I emailed "Support@ubreakifix.com" Three days later I still had not received ANY reply so I called their customer service phone number. I spoke with Eric from Asurion/LG premium care plan and he just made countless excuses saying that was not his department!!?! I filed Another FORMAL COMPLAINT but was told they would not get back to me till around Tuesday. HUH!!?! I called the store when my phone was ready to be picked up to make sure I could get a receipt after I Paid for the phone and Jimmy said yes. So I went by to pick it up and asked for Jimmy after All this aggravation to make sure I was in fact going to receive a receipt after payment. He was Very Rude, and unhelpful and told me the counter clerk could help!!?! ZERO/WORST/MISERABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND EXPERIENCE POSSIBLE!! God bless All and Happy Memorial day weekend

Save yourself $100+ and go to Verizon on Lamar. I didn't realize it wasn't a regular store, so when I was helped by Josh today (who provided great customer service but could have been even more transparent), I asked about each fee that was explained and if it was mandatory. Then I contacted the Verizon on Lamar (a "regular Verizon") and they confirmed that some of the fees that were mandatory here, are actually not mandatory fro Verizon, such as the $40 set-up fee (which was basically him turning the phone on) and the $60 mandatory 3-month insurance you have to cancel yourself or you'll continue to be charged $20 a month extra. Also, Josh said the $35 charger was included but I see it as a separate charge on my bill that was not removed. He did not go over the bill with me once sent. I had been concerned about inventory, needing a phone same day, and both the Airport and Lamar locations had an basic iphone 16 available. If I had opted to go to Lamar, my bill would have been at least $100 cheaper though. Josh contacted his manager and they contacted one more person up who claimed a refund of the $40 (I didn't know about the $60 fee at the time not being normal) was not possible without a full refund of the phone that I had already set up. Russell Cellular: requesting a refund of the $35 charger, $40 setup fee, and $60 insurance, $135 requested. I can update my honest review across platforms if you make it right, and also tell customers that you have "may have fees" other regular stores don't have- it's something I wish I had known.

    Astound internet service was installed Feb 6, 2026. On Feb 26, 2026 they had to come out again due…read moreto an error message repeatedly saying "no internet". The the original installer apparently didn't complete the job and neglected a step. On March 30, 2026, I started receiving the same error message "no internet". This went on for 2 or 3 hours before internet service resumed without constant interruptions of no internet service. Yesterday April 8, 2026, at approximately 2:48pm I started receiving the same message "no internet". I rebooted, shut everything down and restarted. It worked for about 5 min before saying the same thing. So I called Astound and was told that I was going to need someone to come out because something was wrong AGAIN! I've only had Astound for 2 months and a technician has been required twice within that time frame. So everything I've heard about Astound appears to be true! Very Dissappointed!

    Avoid this company and their predatory pricing at all costs. They are charging us way, way, way…read moremore than than is reasonable for the insanely low level of service they are providing and when we try to cancel they want nearly 10K in early termination fees. There are much better options. Edit: I contacted customer service prior to coming here. That's where I got through nearly 10k to cancel figure. I don't know how you can justify $500/month for 100mbps service and then charge that absurd cancellation fee, but others need to be warned about you.
