This is new ownership and management for what used to be All Wireless Repair. I went to this unassuming store front a week ago to get the screen replaced on my relatively new iPad which I'd shattered. Corey is the employee who worked with me. While there was a bit of a misunderstanding on how long the repair would take, my overall experience was very positive. Corey was polite and professional in all our interactions. He was apologetic about the misunderstanding. My iPad is repaired and working without issue. I will definitely return to get a screen protector and if I ever need any other repairs. read more

This is the second time in the last several years that I've used this company to repair a destroyed screen- one on an iPhone and most recently on an iPad mini. They were prompt in their repair, and when upon returning home I discovered that though repaired part of the screen was unresponsive. I took it back the next day, and they determined the replacement screen was faulty and replaced it without any hesitation. I got it back yesterday, and it works like a dream. Everyone I spoke with throughout the process was friendly and qualified. I have no complaints and would recommend them to others for future repair needs. read more

I was in dire need of getting my phone up and going to at least the point of transferring the data to my new phone. She said it would take about an hour maybe more. To my surprise and dissatisfaction, it took 15 minutes for her to say my phone is dead and there is nothing they can do and it would cost me $43. I asked, "Really, for 15 minutes/" and she said yes that is the "rule." If I knew their service was this poor I wouldn't have done business with them. If you can determine the phone is DOA on arrival in 15 minutes, it should be $10 or free. My friend went there and got a new glass for his phone and that was good but there "Diagnosis" is a ripoff. I cracked my screen at 9:15 am as barely could make any calls on it. Sped to ProWirelesRepair as soon as they opened they were able to take my phone and fix it. This was my third visit to this store. All 3 times the technician Corey went way beyond my expectations trying to help me. The first time my phone had abruptly died and I watched him put in over an hours time on it and although it was unsaveable he refused to take money for it and still gave me a great deal on a great replacement. I have since returned to buy another phone on a budget so he gave me another great deal on a used one that was not refurbished which was ok by me because of the price, but after a few days the speaker sounded funny so when I went back he replaced the speaker, battery, and screen in order to bring it up to a better standard than I had paid for, and once again refused payment. While in the store I watched his customer service skills really shine while he multitasked people and jobs, every customer I saw walk in walked out very satisfied. I will continue doing business here and highly recommend giving them a try. read more
