What really did it for me was actually not the incompetence, though that was annoying, but the self righteousness of the employees. They always go above and beyond and are always available to help you with any issues. This past week I had accidently dropped my phone and the glass had crack so bad it was hard to read the screen. I knew my phone would be available for an upgrade in few months and was going to wait but this had prompted to upgrade sooner. I arrived on Saturday morning and was greeted immediately by Wade. He was very patient, courteous and efficient. He explained all my options and suggested the best course of action for me and kept me updated with each step of backing up my old phone, the purchases process and setting up my new IPhone 7 Plus and told me about all the new features. By the time I was done I had a new IPhone 7 Plus with all my data and apps just like my old one with a vey fair price for all I received, phone, tempered glass, case and car charger. Ever since I have been coming here the owners Raj and Karan always come out say hello and give you a warm welcome. Nearly a half hour before one of only two staff were able to help. They have a tiny seating area up front that's literally on an old, springy car seat. Did my upgrade only to find out that the phone I want wasn't in stock. Boo. So will have to go back later this week to finally pick it up. Service was courteous and they did their best to get me out as quick as possible. The experience was so so seeing as it's such a small store. Best to call ahead to see if they're busy before coming in.

He was pleasant, polite and most important, he fixed my phone! He worked hard, tried a couple of different approaches and resolved the problem within a day. He even dropped the phone at my house!
