When I called Kevin at Red Hot, he wasn't sure if he had a replacement in stock and would call me back. He called me back within 15 minutes and said he has one in stock, but the color was not the same. I really needed my phone, so I didn't care about the color. He also explained that I could not get OEM because my phone is so old. No one else told me that. He told me to come down and within 30 minutes he was done. I was so happy, iI went home and put on a new scree protector. It wasn't until the next day that I noticed that I wasn't able to type "e or 3". I downloaded a screen tester and found a dead spot. I called Kevin immediately and he said he woul order another screen. It came on a week later and he changed it within about 3 hours, he was extremely busy that day. The next day I noticed that ghe volume up button was not working, another defective part. What are the chances? Within minutes he took some part of the defective screen piece and put it on the new one. Now it's working great!

The second time I went into this store was just this afternoon looking to see if they could help me with my older son's iPhone 5S. You see the big company we call Apple, pushed out an IOS 9 update before all the kinks were worked out and well I was told by two apple employees that the update killed my son's phone because it was too old (it isn't even two years old yet). Their idea of a fix was to update his phone to the new iPhone 6plus using their new leasing. Well I am not satisfied with that answer so I have been searching for help. Here is where, Nora, comes in. She was in the Deer Park location and as soon as I walked in I was warmly greeted by her and she listened to my problem and right away she was off and running trying to help me fix my son's phone. She genuinely cared about it not working and tried everything she could. She actually got further along then either Apple Rep did and showed more compassion about the problem then the Apple employees. Although we still have not figured out what went wrong with his phone, we are at least a step closer to an answer. Do NOT hesitate to use this location for any and all of your repair needs. Work appeared fine. This place never opens at 10am despite it listed as the opening time. I even called on friday and was told it opens 10am on monday, to which I said I will see you at 10am on Monday. Get there 1028am. No lights on. I paid for a replacement item, originally told it should arrive Wednesday. On Wednesday they said it was delayed for Thursday's holiday (Juneteenth). Called Saturday. Was told item still didn't arrive and that they would call me when it arrived. One week later I called, they said they had the item but there's no note to inform customer. The item ordered was suppose to be in connection to the original issue that brought me in. After the previous work they completed, there was damage to speaker resulting in the other person having difficulty hearing me. However once again, I was told there was no notation of that. How convenient. Whichever worker assisted me today was on a personal call when I arrived. He never hung up entire time I was being assisted. Last time I will use them for any services.
