What??? My Regional manger is in tomorrow and he will call you. He didn't so i went to the store. He was there hiding in the back and refused to come out and even discuss my issue because he just got back from vacation and had work to catch up on. Who does that! I called T-Mobile and they were so sorry that they switch me to another plan paying less than my lesser amount and asked me to always go to a T-Mobile, not a third party retailer.
