I have dealt with the employees of this store for four years. In that time span I have been lied to time and time again. A few of the employees have been rude and spoke to me in a condescending tone of voice when I try to explain the reason for my visit. Do yourself a HUGE favor and buy your cell phone service from a different provider. read more

tldr: Avoid this location, unless you don't mind waiting for literally hours. I needed to close an account of a deceased relative. When I got to the store, there were 2-3 customers being helped by employees, and 3 customers waiting to be helped. So we waited. 30 minutes later, the 3 customers in line in front of me had given up and walked out (hard to tell how long they had been waiting before I got there). One employee started walking towards the door with the "customer" he had been "helping" for 30 minutes - and I realized it wasn't a customer. I could hear their conversation was about personal issues and upcoming plans. After his friend left, I asked if he could help me. He said, "oh honey, you'll have to wait a minute, I have to charge this thing" (holding up his tablet). He then disappeared into the back, never to be seen again (I was there at least another 30 minutes). He was dressed sloppy and looked unkempt and kind of gross, so honestly I was glad he wasn't the one to help me; he was the kind of guy who calls you "honey" and makes your skin crawl. More time goes by. Several of the people in line after me give up and walked out. At this point, more customers have given up and left than have been helped. There was a TV blaring, I guess advertising Direct TV, but so loud that you couldn't hear yourself think. I finally walked over, found the volume, and turned it basically off - there was no employee to tell me not to. Being invisible has some perks, I guess. While I was waiting, I called the 1-800 number on the bill to see if they could help me. I was on the phone with them for 30 minutes in the store, until they told me that I would have to go into a store to close an account - that accounts could not be closed over the phone. Finally, after like 45 minutes, another employee came out of the back to help customers. (She said she had been at lunch). She was nice, but the first thing she told me is that I would have to call the 1-800 number to cancel the account; that accounts could not be cancelled in store (the exact opposite of what 1-800 told me). Thankfully I had already called the 1-800 number and had been told otherwise, so said "well, we are going to call them together while I'm here then." She dialed the 1-800 number, handed me the phone, and wandered off. I guess it didn't occur to her that she should talk to them and try to help. Of course, I was again told over the phone that I would have to go into the store to cancel, so I had put the phone down to go track that employee down so that she could talk to them and get it sorted out. At this point, I had been there about an hour on a 3 minute issue. The employee talked to the 1-800 number and was told that policy was to cancel accounts in store, not over the phone (how on earth do they not know this?). The employee didn't know how to cancel accounts, so she had to go get a manager. The manager appears. It's unclear where she had been during the prior 60 minutes that her employees had been ignoring customers, and customer after customer had been walking out of the store in frustration. The manager closed the account. It took all of 3 minutes once she started. Very simple issue, which is why this was so frustrating. I asked the manager what on earth was going on with her store, bc I had been there an hour and customers were just being ignored. She said that the store had been unusually "busy" that day. That was not the issue though - during that hour, I saw at least 5-6 employees in the store (although most of them spent their time in the back hiding from customers), 3 customers were helped or being helped, and at least 5 customers give up and walked out the door. The manager did not seem to recognize that as a problem. I tried to alert her to the employee who had spent time talking to his friend on personal issues, then refused to help me bc he needed to go in the back and stand there while his tablet charged for 30+ minutes. She didn't seem to recognize that as a problem either. Also, while I was telling the manager about the employee talking to his friend instead of helping customers, another employee overheard and shouted into our conversation "that wasn't a friend that was once of his regular customers!" First, I could hear the conversation - maybe that woman has an AT&T account, but their conversation was personal business. Second, the fact that the employee felt it was okay to shout an interjection into the conversation between the manager and a customer tells me all I need to know about how much this manager is respected by her employees, and how this manager "manages" the store. The inmates are running the asylum. The manager was very nice, and she was intelligent. I just didn't get the sense that she was much of a manager, and the effects were evident. read more

First person met me at the door was quite rude considering I called the day before and was told they open at 8. She met me and was rude and persistent they open at 9 and basically shit the door on me. However, we I did get in and worked with another agent she was great. She took her time and helped me save money on my bill and got a great upgrade. read more
