I was "helped" by a female associate. I was there to purchase a new phone. I was on the prepaid plan, and was looking for current promotions or options to reduce the cost of a new i phone. She offered me ONE phone, the "cheapest one" for $810. I asked if that was all that was available, since my current i phone was broken and I was not elgible for a trade in credit. She did not offer me ANY current promotions, different plans, and seemed uninterested in looking for something to help me. I left and went to Common Sense Technologies in Eureka Springs and was helped by the owner, Arthur. He pulled out multiple promotional options for me, and walked me through each one until we found the best deal. I ended up leaving with an excellent low cost unlimited plan, and a FREE New 2020 i phone SE!!! He took several minutes to sync everything from my old phone, and completed the entire set up process so I walked out the door with a perfectly working phone. He went above and beyond and even waved the set up fee because I work for a local non profit!!! The only answer I received from the Russell Cellular associate was that "she doesn't make the rules" The entire experience was a waste of my time.

This store is owned by Russell Cellular, an authorized Verizon dealer. So, if you have an issue, you must deal with Russell. I challenge you to find someone at the corporate level. I purchased an iPhone and moved from AT&T to Verizon. I was promised $800 in rebates when purchased. I never got the rebate. Months later I went back to the store. My hunch is that someone at the store screwed up my rebate, but the Russell corp would not make good. So, now I have no recourse. Small claims court may have been the answer, but I've moved from the area. Unless you are desperate, I wouldn't buy from this store if any kind of rebate is involved. I also would check around for better deals at the corporate Verizon stores in Fayetteville and Rogers. Don't get fooled by the smiles.

From what I've learned I need to buy a new phone and this phone is worthless now. The router powers up, finds it's signal, and with a few settings has been operating perfectly. It provides a strong wi-fi signal throughout the home and also extends outside about 100 feet. Do go to the Verizon coverage map to check service availability in your area before you order. It has also worked very well through heavy rain and snowstorms.

Went in to replace an Apple 6 for a 90Y old grandmother we provide phone service for (to call for…read morehelp). Bought her the iPhone XR from last year for $700.00, $27.00 a month for 2 years added to the phone bill. Got excessively charged for a case, glass protector & upgrade fee to the amount of $210.00 (never a good sign when the receipt doesn't break down the individual charges, but just lumps it all together). The problem was two weeks later when I looked at the Verizon bill to make sure the new phone charge was correct and found they had tacked on nearly $80.00 of additional charges to the bill. An insurance charge for the phone we had specifically declined in the store and they decided on their own to increase all three lines to unlimited data. We never asked for a change in the data plan. We don't stream or play games and we have no need for the iTunes Store. The account is in the wife's name so I asked her to call. She spent nearly two hours on the phone, on hold for a long time at the start, finally got through to someone. It seems the Harrison store added the additional charges on their own. Yes, they get a commission. She filed a formal complaint with Verizon and the Harrison store. She was able to finally get the extra charges removed. (Big Kudos to the wife for the 2 hours dealing with Verizon and their mess). Bottom line; we don't plan to set foot in the Harrison Verizon store again. Will go elsewhere if necessary. Stay away unless you want to be overly charged for accessories and have additional charges added to your monthly bill that you never requested or approved of.
