The router powers up, finds it's signal, and with a few settings has been operating perfectly. It provides a strong wi-fi signal throughout the home and also extends outside about 100 feet. When you call for help at night it's the same run around and NO HELP. Then it takes from 3-7 days to get a tech to come check it out. NEVER AGAIN!
