You will wait at least 20 minutes before someone helps you. I guess they're nothing if not consistent. Walked into replace a phone that broke, and after waiting about half an hour, I had gotten myself sorted out with a new phone. After they looked at my account, I was also recommended to sign up with FirstNet to get a lower price - who doesn't want that?! Did it when I got home. Start getting email notifications over the next few days about all my service changes, came to realize that the salesperson had signed me up for some additional insurance service (like Apple care) that I was neither told about nor consented to. Decided I needed a phone with more storage so I go back within the 14 day window. Wait another half an hour. Little dude tells me he's never done an exchange, had to ask someone else for help - no big deal, everyone's got to learn. After getting email bombed about the new changes to my account, a week goes by, no indication of the new phone. AT&T online can't find record of the order, can't push through the exchange because there's some sort of lock on my account. Call the store and am told I have to come back to the store to get things sorted out. Nope. Switching to Verizon. Even tried to talk to the District Manager about how awful the service is, they don't bother to return phone calls.
