Absolutely horrible, 1030 on a Saturday morning possibly to employees. Nobody acknowledge you when you walk in you stand around walking around for a half hour and when you approach somebody they give you attitude and tell you that there's at least half hour weights. Very unprofessional manager "Christine "! Went to this store and after 3 hours trying to update my 4 lines and gets new phones she canceled by mistake 2 lines and I lost the line numbers, Than after she place an order in 4 new phones she told me that they don't have the phones in stock and will ship to my house, 7 days later after received the new phones none was properly setup on ATT system and none was working. I have to go back to the store where again the manager Crhistine said that is nothing that she can do and I have to call ATT to make a complaint. So basically you purchase a defective device from this store, walk out the door with the devise in a box.. take it out and walk back in and they will NOT WARRANTY anything they sell. A gentleman named Kahil verbally assaulted my geriatric patient who went in to ask about charges on her phone bill and could not get answers on the phone. She feared he was even about to hit her, and I am appalled, this person should not be working in West Boca if he doesn't have the patience or compassion to deal with the elderly. I have been treating this patient for over a year on and off and in no way does she or anyone deserve this kind of treatment. The young man raised his voice, got in her face (putting his face close to hers!) and refused to get a manager or another employee to help her. He intimidated, bullied and belittled a 78-year-old woman and it's disgusting, he should be terminated. This is not my last complaint. read more

Zero stars! I recently switched over to AT&T and was sold the service by one of their vendors. I was having major issues because the number apparently did not port over correctly- so I went to the store for help. They were beyond rude to me and rolled their eyes at me signing up for service thru THEIR third party. I don't work for AT&T so I don't know the ins and outs of their subcontractors and others working for their company- however they should... since they work there. It was apparent that they couldn't care less about helping me since I was not going to result in a commission from them. I left there with no solution and no suggestions on how to fix the issue of me not getting my calls. Horrible customer service. My brother ordered a phone online and it said the phone was available, we went to come pick it up. We have sat here for an hour while other people are being helped... there is only 3 workers and 6 people who need to be attended too. As we think one of the employees would help us after he was done with another customer. He just leaves and goes home... I'm sorry but that is so unprofessional. I had a pretty awful experience with the AT&T phone representatives and the AT&T reps at the town center mall location prior to seeing him today, but he totally changed my day around. His ability to solve my problem, provide information on my different options, and give me the best deal just shows how much he genuinely cares about his customers and how amazing he is at his job. He had zero interest in helping us, zero interest in selling us on their service, didn't want to answer our questions and told my husband that you are going to be paying more for premium service. Helmuth Quinonez is one awful sales consultant. The guy did not know what most of the charges were on my bill and told me that I had to call AT&T customer service to find out. In fact he said that nobody in their store knew. He kept telling me to call 611 and find out myself (if you call that # you are going to spend about an hour on the phone, 5 minutes solving problems, 55 minutes waiting for a representative). Helmuth became quickly frustrated, because he did know what the majority of the charges were on my bill and it seemed like elementary school math was a foreign concept to him. He even confused himself with all the numbers he was reading, and I had to slow him down to clarify some of the charges he was reading were not even on my bill. Helmuth complained: "stop giving me a hard time dude". I replied to him: "you need to know more about the services your company provides!" to which he asked me: "Are you going to pay your bill or not?" Paid my bill, and did not even get a "thank you". Crappy attitude that is probably a result of a crappy manager that is the result of poor company ethics. Not going to stay with AT&T any longer, and I'm going to make sure to mention this experience when I cancel my service. read more

I worked with Matthew on a Wednesday (always do these kinds of chores midweek if you can) to help with my 76-year old Father's phone plan. He was out of contract and had been carrying around the same basic phone for years, and needed a new phone, something sturdy and basic. We did our homework, called around, and found they had what we were looking for. This is a FULL AT&T store- not a dealer, so they had what we were looking for. It was painless. It helped that we had AT&T already, but he walked out with a better phone and a cheaper plan. Matthew suggested other plans and services, but without the "hard sell" of so many other mobile outlets in South Florida. I really appreciated that. My husband and I went into the store to purchase 2 new phones to take advantage of "buy one get one free promotion." A salesperson named Azad "helped" us. He told us that we have to add a new line, we opted to cancel one current line that my son rarely used and get him a new one. Azad spent a good 20-25 minutes on the ipad setting up the account. I asked him to review it with me, he mentioned insurance which I said I did not want, he said he upgraded us from Uverse to AT&T Watch TV to save us money for TV cable, which I also declined. I asked him for an invoice, he said to check my account for details - nice, right? That was a red flag... Here are the issues: 1. Phones arrived with SIM cards switched, no biggie I fixed it, still, it was a mistake. Got an invoice today: 2. Insurance was added anyway. 3. It was not really "buy one get one free," we got $750 credits (this does not equal a new phone) 4. Apparently, I have to keep the old line for at least a month to receive $750 credits. Did Azad tell me this? NOPE! 5. The AT&T Watch TV deal upgrade from Uverse? The savings that he promised of $30 a month - not possible. Another salesperson told me later when I inquired that I would have to cancel internet and Uverse to start anew. Yes, I would have lose both, wait at home for service techs to arrive to set me up again. I plan on speaking to the manager about this experience and am ready to walk to another provider. Incredibly poor store. Employess are unfriendly and unhelpful. Went in 2 weeks ago to purchase additional devices to add on to my plan. After waiting around for 25 minutes while the manager and his cronies hung out by the register area I was able to select the device I wanted and then was told they had no idea how to price the item and wouldn't honor the online advertised pricing. After trying to reason with the salesman who simply told me he'd remove the device from the line I tried the manager who was even less pleasant when he said it wasn't his problem and he'll just remove the item. This store by far has the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have been an AT&T customer for over 20 years and this store has made me reconsider continuing my relationship. There are always new employees being trained and every time I come to this store for service the representatives that assist me always screw up but after today I am done! Today I came in for a simple upgrade for my sons phone and I was very clear with the representative that I wanted to pay $350 and finance the balance. The representative tried several times to process my request and then explains the only way to do it would be for me to finance the whole amount and then make a payment after. It didn't sound right to me but he kept trying to reassure me that it would be correct. He than took 30 minutes just to put the screen protector on my sons phone. Once he was done he handed me my bag and than told me to call customer service for them to make the adjustment to my payment. How could that be after he reassured me he could do it!? Unacceptable!....I figured he was new and it was very busy in the store so I decided to call. After waiting 15 minutes on the phone the representative on the phone said they could not help me. I eventually stopped another representative in the store to complain about what happened only to wait another hour and a half for him to fix the other representatives mistakes. Not even sure how to start: Been with AT&T since 1999 and never in the whole time have I received the most awful service ever. The Boca Store Amanda (sales) deceiving lying and just horrible. Traded in my phone, told me my bill would be lower and so on, to only receive and OMG couldn't believe how much it was. I Called and told her and she was just as deceiving trying to say she told my husband and I needed to add a new line. Now WHY would I pay for two lines with one phone????? Then also to say if I want to cancel it I now have to pay $305.00. Unbelievable! Never did she transfer all my data correctly as she promised from the old phone, so I lost all those memories and contacts, gave me a house phone and charged me even after both my husband and I told her we DON'T want or NEED it! ON the bill of course and we were told how FREE it was. Very disappointed in this whole mess and the Retail Sales Manager doesn't even have the decency to call us to help, Mohammad Danish, why give your card phone number and email if you don't plan on doing or helping your consumers. What is really going on here, they just want to sell charge and don't care once you leave. I had a little glitch after hours that night and came in the next morning and Lydia (sorry bad memory with names) took care of it with some programming and I was out the door. I went there, no one there to greet me at the door, the 3 employees they had were occupied with customers and no one asked if I needed help. Worst customer service, I've ever experienced. Fist tried to change some of my account items via Att.com, then tried with customer service via telephone and was told I had to go to the store. Tried to set a store appointment via phone, and sat on hold for over 20mins and no luck. Figured I would just head to the store and speak with someone in person. Met with Syedah and she immediately told me I had to do it over the phone with customer service. I got the feeling she didn't not want to help because she was looking to make a sale, rather than help a customer. After telling her that customer service instructed me to go to the store. She then decided to try to help. After explaining exactly what I was trying to do, she had to ask two different people including a manager how to complete my request. I asked what documents I would need to complete my service and she again had to ask for assistance and even told me the wrong information. All while waiting for her to figure out what to do she decided to go speak and hug her friend that walked into the store. Finally I asked to speak with the manager and waited 25 mins before finally walking out. Oh and to top it off she informed several employees and customers that I was in public service.
