The first green shirt guy was very dismissive an d pointed to Felipe. He said he was the guy to help me. I waited in line to talk to Felipe but when my turn came someone just stood in front of him and Felipe talked to her for a long time. Finally it was my turn, but Felipe was very busy so he made an appointment for me to comeback in 1 hour (5:00 PM). I went on to other errands and came back early at 4:30 PM. When I finally got his attention he told me it would be 20 minutes before he could see me. He went on to take care of a good looking woman as if I was not there. She did not have an appointment but she had a great figure. I think Felipe felt his time was better used helping the attractive woman. We waited for over 25 minutes at which time it was already passed my 5:00 PM appointment time do I told him I was leaving. At 5:55 PM I received a message that Felipe was ready to see me. This was almost an hour after my appointment time. Apple founder, Steve Job, must be turning in his grave every time an Apple employee treats a customer this way. As a Luxury brand Apple customer service sucks. I have invested through the years over US $ 50,000 on Apple products from their first iPod or their G3 Computer to an endless number of iPhones, iPads, MacBook Air, Apple Tower for my daughter's Photography business and IPad Pros for our Wellness Business. However, Apple does not track their loyal customers like other Luxury Brands do. As an example AMEX knows every time I call that I have been their Platinum customer for the last 40 years. Patel Phillip takes me to a special office and offers me Champagne while I wait for their sale associate to bring out the goods. Even My Subaru dealer knows me and goes out of its way to make me feel comfortable while I wait. The attitude at the Boca Raton store must be a reflection of a poor store manager or badly trained associates. Or even worse an example of how T Cook has lost control of the Company. I think his firing is well deserved as he has damaged the brand by allowing their customer service to fall into such level of disrepair. I will buy my wife's phone at the ATT store and make another appointment to get service for my iPad mini at this store. I dread the thought but that is what a monopoly comes down to. Treating your best loyal customers like cattle w/o regards for how much they have contributed to your bottom line.

This is NOT the Metro store to go to if you want honest service, and fair pricing. While the…read moregentleman seemed nice at first, he's great at selling; and scamming. I guess the fact that his family owns the store (and other stores) is a great motivator. I dealt with the same person every visit. On 12/27 my phone started having issues, couldn't make/receive calls, and regular text wouldn't send. I went to this Metro store to ask if there were issues with Metro's service. I was told no, I asked if my memory being close to full mattered he said no. He then did a network reset and told me I should give it 2 hours to update . 12/28, still the same, I go back to the shop, he tries another reset, no luck. After waiting 2 more hours, I then called Metro's customer service; they talked me through a network reset, waited the 2 hours and had to call again. I was told my case needed to be escalated and that a tech would be contacting me. 12/29, still had no service (only whatsapp and emails) I head back to the Metro store. Now he tells me it's my phone, and claims many customers having the same issues, claimed that Samsung ended support for the J7 without notice and that I needed to buy a new phone. I'd already told him it was a bad time financially to be forced to buy a new phone. I looked at the Samsung's on display, A13 5 G was I believe $269.00, I knew I was entitled to an upgrade, he said I can set you up with the A13 phone for about $250, having no phone I agreed. He goes in the back and brings out the phone, A13 on the box. He then said he would "throw in" a phone case, glass protector and a charger. Out of a need for a phone I moved forward with the purchase. After talking to a neighbor who had the same phone, I find out after the fact he sold me the older model A13, which should have been $140.00. When I pulled the receipt out of the bag I was shocked to see that $139.99 was the price for the phone, and he had charged me for all those items he was going to "throw in" (case $26.75, charger $32.10, glass protector $26.75) plus $21.42 for a feature change? Grossly up charging each item. I was upset especially after Metro Corporate advised me there was no issue with Samsung and the J7. I went back to the Metro store, told him I was clearly unhappy, especially with the fact that the phone was only 32g. I was confused with the storage; the A13 on display showed 64g, the one he set up had only 32g, clearly storage would still be an issue. He then tells me he sold me the A13 Lite, NOT the one on display. I then questioned all those items he was going to "throw in" , he said he made a bundle deal. A "bundle deal" was never discussed, not once. I asked to return at least the charger, and case, he refused telling me it was part of a "package deal" and "we don't do refunds" Note, each item was charged separately on the receipt. The receipt states returns within 14 days, with packaging, be warned, he opens everything and throws away the packaging! Tell me that wasn't deliberate!? If you don't want to be lied to and taken advantage of then avoid this store, go to Metro Corporate Stores NOT an Authorized dealer like this one.

I had an option of having a technician come to the house or I could go to the store and get a new box. I chose the store. The Xfinity store is on Federal Hwy across the street from Mizner Park. It's big, clean and organized. A far cry from the old location. It was busy, but I was on and out in less than 15 minutes. I planned on being there for at least an hour, so it was a pleasant surprise. My only issue was... the internet signal inside was so weak. You would think the internet people would have a strong signal. Other than that, it was quick and painless.

I noticed the line that was building outside the store, and to be honest, I was worried for a moment. When I stepped inside the store people were lined up and the line had gotten longer. A worker was standing at the end putting us on a waiting list. This line was moving at a good pace. The store had two agents working. The waiting was not long. The customer service was good. I came on a bad day. Xfinity was having issues with its systems. The person working the counter tried their best.
