I have been to this store many time lately over since it has been open. Every time I come they can't do anything or I need to go or do something else somewhere else. Over the phone they said go to the store. At the store they said go to the website and have me wrong information. I know it is wrong because I understand the process. Today, their system is down. I'd give a 0 star if it was an option. I was skipped 3 times over the course of 2 hours and 10 minutes all by "walk ins".

I have never been treated so poorly by anyone in the customer service or sales industry in my life. This experience at this AT&T store was so uncomfortable for my husband and I that I am writing my first ever negative review. We were interested in switching from verizon to AT&T because he gets a work discount. After talking with his co-workers that recently switched we decided to go there to see what we can do. When we got in the store it was busy so we looked around. After a couple minutes a gentleman asked if we were being helped and after we said no he said that he wasn't sure when we would be helped because they were short staffed and busy. Ok, we understand that, but the way he said it made us feel like he couldn't be bothered to help us. He also said that he wasn't even sure where his queue was on his tablet so we probably won't be able to get service tonight but we could make an appointment for a later date. Look, we understand that with the pandemic these things will happen and honestly that wasn't something that made us upset it was the way he said it, acting like we were bothering them because they were busy. We brushed that off and he asked us what we were looking to do. I appreciated that he could at least answer our questions. We explained that we wanted to get 2 lines, 2 new phone etc. He asked what we were paying with verizon so we told him. He brought us to the most expensive samsung phones and worked up a quote that was more than 100 what we were paying with verizon. I get it, upsell. After we told him we wanted to try to stay around what we were paying he told us that a plan like that doesn't exist with 2 new phones insurance etc and spent a few minutes basically calling us liars and saying there was no way we were paying what we were. We asked him about cheaper phone options and instead of trying to actually try to help he just kept repeating that there was no way we were paying what we were. Ok, we just wanted to get as close as we could to what we had. Apparently our work discount only gets you the most expensive plan for the middle of the road plan. Not the discount on the plan like we were told before. He eventually called someone over, maybe a manager but I can't be sure because she didn't even say hi or introduce herself. She also basically said we were lying because there was no way we were paying what we said we were at verizon. At one time, both of them looked at each other and laughed right in front of us. It felt very uncomfortable, very much like they were laughing at us. At how stupid we must be for thinking we could get a deal like that. Is that customer service??? After that they crunched some numbers and said $XXX is the best you're gonna get. We walked out thanking them for their time, feeling small because they laughed at us, feeling uncomfortable after neither employee actually tried to help us, and confused as to why we were treated this way. We were headed to Sam's Club after and found Chris with AT&T there. After speaking with him for 10 minutes he got us a plan for 2 new phones, 2 lines, and a price that was exactly what we were looking for. He even told us that because we were keeping old numbers, something we told the other guy about, we would save money. The other guy didn't say that. He told us we save a percentage with the work discount, not just get a better plan for the price of the other one. Chris was so helpful. He actually treated us like people and tried to help. And he did. Thank you Chris. The other store, I don't know what to say other than I will not recommend anyone to ever step foot there. Terrible customer service. They treat you like you are bothering them by trying to give them a sale. They make you feel small and unwelcome. They will literally laugh at you. Ok, so I have been in this AT&T store more times than I could even count over the years. I'm always bracing myself for the crowd and the wait before entering. My experience today (7/22/18) was one that made me leave this review. The person who helped me and my mom was named Vicki and was the epitome of great customer service! She acted like she genuinely cared and wanted to help us fix our accounts. Vicki is a keeper! I will be keeping an eye out for her next time I need an upgrade. read more

Worst service I've ever received! Told we would get a text when it was our turn. Got a text and was in the store in 5 mins. Since we were not in the parking lot they skipped us and said we needed to schedule another appointment. Fucking horse shit, never using them again. read more

ATT in general is the absolute worst company in existence. This location reflects that. ATT can afford to lie to you without caring. People are allowed to tell you whatever they want to get your business and then change it and charge you more. Copy of email I sent to corporate today. I would like some help in figuring out how you can help me get this problem resolved. I have been a loyal customer to ATT for a very long time. I'm a business owner and manager myself so I understand what is fair to consumers. I deal with it everyday. My phone started acting up when the update to ICS went out aprox a month ago. It bricked my phone. They sent another warranty phone out and it was still glitching out. Then they sent another one to verify that it wasn't a hardware issue. I have spent countless hours and much inconvenience dealing with this problem. As you can tell from my call records. I have an admin assistant that has helped backup and download all of my important stuff on these replacements. After doing more research I have found what I believe to be the possible issue. I do not want to be forced to port my number over to another carrier. The lady on the phone had been helpful the other day she had said that I could take it in and get an upgrade without any additional charges. When I arrived at the store today the staff said the notes didn't reflect what I was telling them. I spoke with Leslie Gregory at the Bowling Green store about my phone she was not willing to give me any credit for this phone that should be working it is still under warranty obviously. I would like to know if you can be off assistance please. What I would like is to be allowed to get the note 2 without any charge and not have to sign another contract preferably since this is not an out of warranty issue and it looks like there is no fix in the reasonable future. Also I would want to document a few things that were said to me by Leslie. She had asked me where I bought my phone like that should matter? She said since I didn't buy my phone at a corporate store then she couldn't help me. That leads me to believe that there is something that she could have done to keep me as a customer but since I didn't patronize her store she is going to use that against me?
