The employees in this store are actually decent, it is the company they work for. The back of my phone shattered and I used my insurance ($200 deductible) to replace it. The insurance is a scam as well, don't get it. They said they sent me a new phone, and when I received it to mail the old one in. After 1 1/2 months I called asking where my new phone was. They sent it to the wrong address. They sent a new one, and I sent the old one in, got a message they received it. 3 months later, without notice they charged my debit card $800 for not receiving my phone. I called customer service and after 3 1/2 hours they said that it was a mistake and they would credit my account (not refund my money). Then the next month they again charged me $835 dollars for the same thing. I went into the store this time, in tears. Again they said it was an error and will correct it. I am a disabled veteran, and I had to borrow money to pay my mortgage because of ATT. No sympathy at all. Also their customer service is in India, and it is very hard to understand them. read more

I need an extra line and phone called them talked to the most stupid person in the world had no idea what she was doing I got to the point where I said cancel this transaction she was in GA. I will go to the Butler store now never had a problem there, where do they find such people? She didn't even know how to spell township. Butler store here I come. I go out of my way to go to this location. The manager here is awesome and extremely helpful. I've had several questions and concerns and he's walked me through every time. If something looks incorrect he reviews it throughly to make sure my bill is accurate. The store itself is always clean and tidy which is important to me. The other sales reps are also extremely friendly. Definitely a great experience! Also, I had to add a line to the new promotion AT&T is offering and I needed a lot of help understanding how it worked. The amount of patience the reps had were fantastic. read more

I let this store sell me a bundle of cell, internet, and Direct tv now. Nothing has ever worked correctly! Tv freezes constantly making it not only impossible, but so incredibly FRUSTRATING!! Internet connection is only a tad better. For the first six months Chris kept telling me they were working on "the tower." We waited that out (another 4 months!) and things only continued to deteriorate. I get no help from customer service at AT&T because we have directvnow! I will be waiting at their store tomorrow morning and I want OUT of the contract and a significant refund for this load of crap they sold me. read more

Worst customer service & business ever. I have had issues with this location in the past so I normally go to Ross Park Mall location, a 5 Star store. I went in to add a tablet to an account. I was told it was free to add the tablet and would only cost me an extract $100th a month. Can you say, B*** S***! Upon paying my next month Bill on time like I normally do, I checked my account and I had a Bill for $395. The people at Butler Commons set my tablet up as a new line if service. ( probably to meet a sales quota) then, I was charged a fee for adding the tablet in which I was told I would not be charged and I was paying for $150plan they set up on the tablet which was the same family share value plane I was already on. After 45 min of back n worth they told me what I told them and assured me they fixed the issue. But wait they still wanted me to pay the bill the messed up. My Bill was $150. A month it was supposed to be +$10 For the tablet so $160 something with tax, the manager Of the store who was a liar, and his associates that lied to my face thought I'd be dumd and still pay this $395 Bill,. Then they only wanted to credit me back $90. They only partially admitted they made mistakes I told them I wanted the district managers name an number and he said I could leave and got nasty with me and threw me out of the store. He lied to my face, contradicted when I asked him question, and ripped off my money. This store has fraud crocked people working here. I called customer service, after I left and filed a formal complaint, the customer service Supervisor said she saw the stores error and credited back my account. Butler Commons is the worst Go to target for At&t if your in Butler. Or be smart and drive to the North Hills Ross Park Mall Location. Just called AT&t customer service about my data usage, probably one of the dumbest person I have dealt with in my life, my god!!!!

If I could give this store 10 stars, I would. I drive almost 2 hours for this awesome customer service. I have several other stores closer to where I live, but the service does not begin to measure up to the service I receive at this location. I have gotten rude service and bad advice from other locations. I've been dealing with this store for years. They are knowledgeable on what plan is best for me, the best time to upgrade my phone and the best phone for my usage. They also help me switch all my data, pictures, etc from my old phones to my new ones. I'm 67 years old and it's difficult for me to learn how to do all this stuff and they are always polite and help me. read more
