I had a deeply troubling experience at this location involving an employee named John Kelly. During a phone upgrade in 2024, I was asked to sign physical paper forms, which I later learned from the Cranberry corporate store are not part of T‑Mobile's authorized process. After signing, I discovered I had been placed on a plan I did not agree to, and my bill increased from $73 to $134. When I questioned the discrepancies, the employee became verbally aggressive and used profanity. I escalated the issue through T‑Mobile's regional management and Asset Protection, but no resolution was ever provided.Since then, I have experienced multiple public harassment incidents from this same employee, including one that resulted in a police report being filed. Another incident occurred recently at Walmart, where he confronted me again and made threatening statements. The responding officer was already familiar with him from prior incidents. I am posting this review to warn others to be cautious. I hope the franchise owner and T‑Mobile corporate take these issues seriously, as this pattern of behavior poses a concern for customer safety. read more

I have switched to T-Mobile and needed help overwriting the new number to my current phone number. Kyle at the Butler T-Mobile store explained everything and was very personable. I had to go back and this time Rachel helped me. She was very professional and efficient. She accomplished everything in minutes. I highly recommend this store. Rachel was also very friendly. I didn't have to wait and was greeted upon my arrival. I had a great experience both times. read more

BOTTOM LINE: Great service with friendly, patient and knowledgeable employees!! Cut my bill in half and I can get weekly freebies!! LONG VERSION: I visited this T-mobile store because I wanted to switch 3 lines from Verizon. The store was staffed with Holly and Nicole at the time of my arrival. Upon entering, Holly greeted me with a friendly hello as if we had known each other for years! I had many many questions prior to switching the phones to T-mobile, ranging from coverage maps for areas in two different states, monthly TOTAL pricing, applications, backup and restore process, referral program, T-mobile Tuesday and demonstration of how to use a flip phone for one of the lines. My priorities was the pricing and for any military member/veteran YOU CAN NOT BEAT T-mobile unlimited everything pricing plan. I have cut my bill in half (plus I got an additional surprise savings for Black Friday), i was able to just swap the SIM card to keep our iPhone and Galaxy note and I GOT NEFLIX free! Holly and Nicole were just superb! I wish Iived in the local area so I can visit with them on T-Mobile Tuesdays! What a GREAT first impression! read more

The insurance is a scam as well, don't get it. They said they sent me a new phone, and when I received it to mail the old one in. After 1 1/2 months I called asking where my new phone was. They sent it to the wrong address. They sent a new one, and I sent the old one in, got a message they received it. 3 months later, without notice they charged my debit card $800 for not receiving my phone. I called customer service and after 3 1/2 hours they said that it was a mistake and they would credit my account (not refund my money). Then the next month they again charged me $835 dollars for the same thing. I went into the store this time, in tears. Again they said it was an error and will correct it. I am a disabled veteran, and I had to borrow money to pay my mortgage because of ATT. No sympathy at all. Also their customer service is in India, and it is very hard to understand them.

Fruit whole fruit sliced. The best place to find goodies for the weekend. Fresh meats to buy and take home and cook. Ready to eat prepped foods to eat there or take home. Finding their location is a bit tricky since their door is hidden behind trees and there are driveways at either end to a small road to their door. Apartments have been built across the street so it is no longer a field as shown on google. Thankfully they were able to fix my amplifier while I waited (about 1 1/2 hr) since I had an hour drive to get there, and the amplifier works great. Very friendly folks with lots of experience. I recommend them highly. They provided a receipt with an explanation of the work they did.
