We came here because my daughter had cracked her phone and needed it fixed. When we walked in I…read morestated why we were there and she just looked at us like we were crazy so I stated it again that my daughter had cracked her phone so we were there to get it fixed. She looked our account and said that she didn't have insurance on her phone only my on my moms phone. So my moms told her that she had a plan that was $40 which included all the phones insurance. She looked and looked then found that my daughter did have insurance then gave us a number to call the insurance company.I ended up making a claim online. A tech delivered the phone last-night and connected everything. I called AT&T today about the deductible. For a cracked screen is $29.99 with the type of insurance we have. But now we are out of $200 instead because in store she seemed to busy and just brushed us off to do it online or over the phone when they can fix a screen in store at some locations. She wasn't really in the mood to help at all.

Shauna & Savannah were the 2 ladies at the T Mobile store on Tyndall Parkway, Callaway, Fla that…read morewere fantastic in handling my issue. Both Shauna & Savannah were well versed and extremely knowledgeable. Long story short, T Mobile's off shore phone techs were not well trained, incompetent and they ended up "bricking" my T Mobile Gateway forcing me to drive 75 miles and spending 8 hours reprogramming my security system, cameras, home automation, sprinkler system, lighting, TV's. computers, etc. I highly recommend Chris (store manager) as well as Shauna and Savannah. They were all wonderful to deal with. My advice is to go to your local T Mobile store such as T Mobile in Callaway, Fl and don't waste your time with off shore techs who lie about their qualifications.

When it arrived I asked them to transfer my phone book to my new phone (a refurbished model, of course). When I got the phone home I tried to call my wife but I had strange people I didn't know in my phone book. I was shocked! I manually dialed my wife but the mouthpiece and speakerphone were both broken!! After looking more through the phone, I discovered I had some girls phone book, text messages, and pictures. If I had someone else data, all I could wonder was who had my phone book, pics, and texts? I called the store and spoke with Ryan. He told me it wasn't his problem and I should take it up with Sprint. Avoid Kelli Wireless at all costs!!

Nothing ever signed for , No equipment issued ,etc. Then the Owner group Caleb has not responded to any of my queries . Its really criminal fraud .
