Amazing service and customer attention I would recommend and getting a new phone with them!

My husband and I have a 55+ ATT wireless account that cost about $55 a month. My wife ordered a new iPhone 17 pro. They gave her $750 for her trade in which was paid off. Several days later she received an email stating our new bill would be over $150 a month and that she didn't qualify for our 55+ plan because her husband had a phone that wasn't paid off yet. When my wife received her new iPhone 17 pro it failed to initiate and turn on, after several trips to a ATT service center the phone still didn't work. Then she got the email stating the ATT person who had processed the original order should have never offered the new phone because we were on the 55+ plan. So she went to return it and get her old phone back. They refused to cancel the order even though there was a 14 day return policy. ATT THEN OFFERED A $125 for her old phone after the agreed to give her $750 in trade. I have never seen such disregard for customer service. Finally, Best Buy Geek Squad got the new phone to work (not ATT). ATT blamed the whole fiasco on an inexperienced ATT sales person giving my wife bad 8nformation. Disgusting ATT should h9nor the original sales terms not blame it on an underling. The customer ended paying a much higher price because ATT didn't properly train their sales department. read more

When I first switched over to AT&T, I had a good experience trading in my phone and receiving the full amount, as well as everything else afterward, except for being billed for service in the Dominican Republic while traveling for work. This was covered under my plan, and they reimbursed me after I called them. However, everything went horribly wrong when my wife went to the store to pay a bill, and they sold her on a new plan, including a watch and a new iPhone, with her current iPhone being used as a trade-in to receive $700. They kept reiterating the $700 promotional offer for the iPhone 15. When I went into the store to confirm this, I was clear that I wasn't going to switch my wife over to AT&T and complete the trade-in for less than $700 because it didn't make sense for what we paid for the phone. Again, they assured me that we would receive $700 towards the new phone due to the trade-in value. After two months of not seeing any credit, my wife called them. They initially said we only received $350 in trade-in value, but after talking on the phone for about an hour, they switched it based on the information they saw and confirmed $700 again. Now, almost five months later, the trade-in value has reverted to $350. Obviously, we would never have gone through with this if we had known about the runaround, misinformation, and the horrible process involving hours of phone calls just to find out we're no longer getting what was promised to us. After looking through reviews, it seems this isn't an isolated issue. Misinformation happens, and people are sometimes told the wrong things, but when there is a consistent pattern of incorrect evaluations for trade-ins and customers being told otherwise, you start to see AT&T for what it really is. I don't necessarily think the fault lies with the employees in most cases. I believe AT&T has created a system that makes the process so ambiguous that there is no accountability when they change what they've told you. read more

My phone was fraudulently reported stolen. I found out via text that a new phone was being shipped to Miami. I live in Panama City. I was on the phone for over 2 hrs and then was told to go to the store and they could help me. I've been going to this store in Lynn Haven for many years whenever I have some kind of problem w my iPad or iPhone. They're open late in the evening. It's usually quiet when I go there then. I went Friday night and there were 3 people working there and I was the only one there. They did say they were kinda busy earlier. This is a great place to pay your bill. I happened to be pAying half in cash so I walked in. While I was there I took my last 2 months bills and we went over them and they helped me reduce my monthly payment by reducing some things I wasn't really using. Unprofessional store manager...let me tell you my experience. I switched from Verizon to First Net AT&T: March 2024. I went to my local store in Lynn Haven, FL to switch my phone service. I am usually a very patient person when it comes to situations, but the store manager at this location was highly unprofessional. When switching, my account was never fully set up and active with First Net, but I was told everything was set to go. I went back to the store the next day and asked to speak to a manager because of the situation and First Net saying my account was not active even though I was told it was. I asked to speak to the store manager which is Patrick Matthews. He was able to get the situation with my phone service plan figured out and he gave me his business card with his information and his signature with writing Good Faith Credit of $200. (super happy everything was figured out). He told me when my first bill accumulated to get in contact with him via text message so he can apply the credit to my account. I messaged him like he asked me to about my account when my first bill was accumulated. He replied and stated he was going to apply the credit when he got back in office and I never heard anything. Multiple times I reached out to him and asked if he had the time to apply the credit and he kept saying he was going to. March 21st he texted me back stating, "Just keeping you updated I am over my credit limits for the month. I will have to apply this on the 1st of April." In reply I said, "You promised and I did what you instructed me to do." His reply was, " Yes you will get the credit." April 3rd I messaged him and said, "Hello this is ......, did you apply the $200 credit to my account as you said you would April 1st," he opened the message and left me on read and has not applied the credit to my account nor has responded since. I called the store today and asked to speak to Patrick and was told he was on lunch break and they would have him reach out to me and he never did after I explained if he didn't respond back to me I was reporting him and the situation I was put into. I am highly concerned of other customers getting into a situation like this with the manager. Just stay away from at least this store. We just left the AT&T store on Highway 77. We worked with Claire to set up two new phones and transfer service from Xfinity. Claire was absolutely a delight to work with, she made it easy, she that shit. I gotta get allies first was happy and positive and she even opened the door for us as we left. I came here the first time in December and had ZERO issue making a payment and was told I could upgrade. So why tf wouldn't I have been told BACK THEN that I needed to renew my ID. Which I'm not doing because I don't want a florida ID. So not only is customer service via the phone useless after a messed up order that was never delivered, returned by FedEx to AT&T and signed for but "they couldn't find it" so they added it to my account like I wouldn't mf notice an additional iPhone installment that I'd never received. It took 2 weeks and calling the option for Spanish after trying customer service in English 3 other times just to get it resolved. 3 cases opened just for that. There was also a violation of privacy issue where they were sending account related texts including my account number to an unauthorized person and that took several calls to clear up over the course of 6 months because all I ever heard was "I'm so sorry for the inconvenience it must be a system issue". So I went to the store and today, things changed from December because apparently their little tools to "access my account" can't accept my ID. Considering it has been issue after issue including not being able to use my DD214 as a form of identity because apparently a government issued document from the DoD isn't as good as a state issued document. Overall, I would never recommend this store. The ghetto @$$ store in New Orleans where they fight and flip over tables has better service and less errors but as a whole, after these experiences the past 2 months, I'll never recommend AT&T. read more

The rep sold me a new phone last month. He told me my bill would be $120.00 per month, and the only thing I had to pay beyond that, were the taxes for the phone I bought. The new phone would be included in the $120 a month. This morning they debited $185 from my checking account. When I called this store, the girl that answered the phone was extremely rude, and told me she can't do anything about it, and hung up on me. What a sad and pitiful life these people must lead if they have to lie in order to sell phones. read more

I thought the employees her were very helpful. And the store was actually open during their posted hours, unlike the Callaway store. My wait time has varied from 5 minutes to 30. I think that's just the luck of the draw. I would definitely choose this store again if I need assistance. read more

Came in to transfer some account responsibilities. Was promptly checked in by manager Demetrius and was told I was first in line for the next sales associate. I proceeded to wait 20 minutes. Both he and another manager, Paige, were available to assist looking very competent but not busy at all. I finally went up to Paige and asked if she would be willing to help me. I understand that the store as a hierarchy and all but how long must I wait while two able mangers might be able to assist? She seemed put out but did start to help. Within minutes a sales associate came back from a break or something and jumped to help me. She was knowledgeable and kind I ultimately received the help I was looking for I just don't think I should've been made to wait so long while very capable hands specifically chose not to help me. read more
