I made an appointment at the Casa Grande, AZ AT&T store for Friday, July 17th at 9:00 AM. There were only about three other customers around when the doors opened right on time. I went inside and checked myself in at the kiosk, then explicitly informed an AT&T representative that I had a 9:00 AM appointment. Instead of acknowledging me, she completely ignored what I said and just kept talking to another customer. She didn't even give a basic courtesy like, "I'll be right with you." When she finally did assist me to change my screen protector, the only actual conversation she bothered to have was trying to upsell me on my phone plan and asking if I had AT&T internet. Very poor customer service at this location and zero acknowledgment of scheduled appointments. read more

I came here to buy an iPhone. After getting hit up not once but twice in the parking lot for cigarettes and loose change I made my way inside. They were not terribly busy, but I waited, and waited, and waited. I was never greeted or advised somebody would be with me shortly although a lady who works there did glance in my direction with irritation over her phone a few times before dismissing me with her eyes. When it became apparent I didn't want to just leave without talking to somebody she signed, hung up her personal phone and meandered over. I told her what the model I was looking for right down to the phone specs and she said they didn't have it, but offered to sell me an upgraded version. When I told her I wasn't interested in that she told me to shop online for what I wanted. What ... the ... heck? I've had AT&T since they were Cingular and have never left one of their stores with that kind of a look on my face. When I got into the car my wife didn't say a word to me. She just glanced over at my expression, put the car in drive and took me to the nearest Dutch Brothers. read more

I had great service from Amanda at AT&T this afternoon. I walked in and she immediately started working my issues in regards to changing/updating my plan to helping me with my phone. I am also very pleased how the manager, Ratsel, was attentive to the service I was receiving while there. This location I have found to be very attentive. The biggest thing that is a huge downer is reps can be in the back and the customers are sitting out front waiting to be helped. This needs to change sooner rather then later. read more

This place is lazy. I don't hate AT&T just this place specifically. Paid for a unlimited plan and wasn't getting any data. I came back and they said to come back in later that day if it still was a problem take in mind I live 30 minutes away and they knew this. so that evening I come back in and they tell me that if it's still a problem the next day that they'd "try" to look into it even tho I told them I had an international trip the next day. Absolutely the worst costumer service I have ever encountered. If you need AT&T go to a different location. This place will not treat you well. read more

I went into this store yesterday to port my number over from Google Fi. This is not necessarily a difficult thing to do, but honestly, not everyone has heard of Google Fi as a carrier. I won't go into the definition here, just know that lots of Fi subscribers have difficulty when they go back to another carrier. Anyway, the gentleman who helped me at the store knew the exact way to do this. Everything worked fine, but as expected, there was a problem on Google's end. I could call and receive calls from anyone....except Google Fi subscribers. Eventually the problem got solved on Google's end, but the ATT person who helped me was helpful in trying to troubleshoot the problem after I left the store. Not a lot of Cell phone sales people have the patience for that sort of thing. Further, my wife and I went into the store again today and had another positive experience with a different representative porting her phone over to ATT. Service anywhere can be spotty based on the representative you get. I can only say that I recommend this store based on the 2 people I worked with there. read more

Long Time Client - I purchased a Samsung S7 Edge in April this year. I also purchased a screen protector and case that they installed. Today I walked into the store and there were four customers and only two employees. Okay, it was close to 5 so that's not bad. It took them about 10 minutes to finally get to me. Once they got to me I showed the lady my phone and that the screen guard was coming off and that I had tried to go directly through Bodyguardz who made the screen protector but hadn't gotten any response from them. She told me that she didn't think they could do anything but she'd go ask her manager. She went into the back room and came out about 60 seconds or so later and told me her manager said the phone was almost a year old and AT&T only provides a 14 day warranty. First, I'm not a math wizard, but I think it's eight months old not a year old. Now I remind you, that this is something they sold and they installed on my phone. Beware, AT&T doesn't care how long you've been with them, 20+ years (Yes, they changed names and so on, but my number has stayed the same and I've stayed with them). They don't really car about the products they sell. They only warranty their products and their workmanship for 14 days, and you'll have a hard time getting through to the companies that actually manufacture these products to get things corrected. It's sad when large companies forget how they got to be where they're at. It's by providing excellent customer service. I use to deal with the AT&T stores in Eugene, OR and would always have outstanding service. If something went wrong they would either take care of it or at least work with me to try and get it resolved. Here in Casa Grande, forget it, they simply don't care about the customers. I think AT&T is more interested in monopolizing everything from phones, to TV (Direct TV) then they are to making sure their customers are happy. Maybe after so many years I need to look at going to Verizon. read more
