After over 10 years of service with them with a Business count. We decided to switch over because we found out we were being charged or a iPad service fee we never had with them. We were supposed to get a refund but never received it. However what we did receive was a bill we were told to not to pay many times and to ignore. Hen we were sent to collections. I have proof of all the phone calls about the refunds promised and to ignore bill. Don't bring your Business with T-Mobile unless you want money stolen from you and false promises. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER IN THE CASA GRANDE STORE. I just switched 3 phones from AT&T to T-mobile. We went in to the Promenade store to get some help setting up our new phones. We were in there for about 20 miniutes before one of the guys checked us in and asked why we were there. He waited until another customer came in before doing so. He was helping a young lady who had a small child and they were eating dinner at the table. My kids had gone out the door 2 or 3 times because it was taking so long. He was flirting with the girl he was helping and having a personal conversation with her. Now were going on 50 minuites. The second sales guy finished with his customer and goes over and sits at the table with a 3rd sales guy helping a lady, he just sits there scrolling on his phone. At 6pm he goes in the back gets his stuff and leaves. So obvious that he didn't want to help us because he was getting off shift soon. Then the guy flirting walks up to me and ask me to tell my son and daughter & law not to go in and out the door. I asked him why and he said because his boss counts how many times the door opens and counts it as a customer. I said he knows how many customers came in because you are checking them in. He tells me just to tell them not to go in and out! I told him I was going to call his boss and he said go ahead and do that! We left. If it wasn't for the fantastic customer service I got when signing up for the phones on the chat, I would cancel these phones. read more

Customer service. Communication. Never answer the phone! I called 7 times and not once dud they pick up. The day before I called and had to ring 4 times until someone finally picked up. I asked if they had a specific screen protector for my phone. I do not have a car so I had to ask ahead of time before ordering an uber. They tell me they have one for me. I show up and someone else tells me that they no longer have it! Clearly the staff here isn't at 100 with customer and service. I am so frustrated with this store. Kayla is the best! After an unsatisfying, nonproductive experience with tech support re: internet service, I went to the store as advised to drop off gate boxes Turns out this store does not accept those returns. I was ready to cancel my internet and also look to another cell phone provider. Kayla calmly and patiently explained why they had that policy and proceeded to assure me I could come to the store in the future and they could help Kayla saved the day and a customer. First off, this is not my personal review. The feelings expressed in this comment are those of my parents... So it starts on 8/13/21 ad my mom felt the need to upgrade her phone. We talked it over at home and she decided that she wanted to go with an Apple iPhone but was not sure which one to choose. So I called this T-Mobile location to see if they had a variety in stock that my mom can take a look at. They answered and said yes and that we could come in until 8pm when they close. So I brought my parents to this location in the Promenade and went looking for the phones. We were addressed immediately and went over selections. The associate that ended up helping us out was Aliza. My mom ended up choosing the iPhone XR. My mom had lots of questions and Aliza was very patient and professional with her. I live in Phoenix and can't be there to answer all her questions all the time. I am happy to know that my mom felt very comfortable communicating with Aliza and if you does have any future questions, that she will be in good hands. Aliza also took the time to help my mom set up an APP account that was on another device. This process did take a lot of time, but Aliza did assist my mom with poise and confidence even though she had suggested that she was not super familiar with the App but knew of it. So after getting the phone purchased and basic setup at this location, we went home. I tried helping my mom setting up my mom's new phone more thoroughly and then noticed that there was a problem with the ringer volume not staying at the setting selected. I had called Apple for assistance after reading s few threads of others having the same issue with no luck. I got a case number and then disconnected with Apple. I called T Mobile back and spoke with Aliza again informing her of this situation. She said to come back in tomorrow (8/14/21) and she would make it right. So here we are on 8/14/21 and my parents went back and Aliza assisted my parents once again. I just got off the phone with my mom and she couldn't be happier with her phone. T-mobile service sucks,I don't recommend them at all. I don't get any service where I'm at. I have to use my wifi I get from hughs net for my phone to work if I turn my wifi off I'm back to bo service. T-mobile customer service sucks I called to see if I can get the issue fixed and they just give me the run around. Why am I paying for service that I don't get. I asked T-mobile that very question and all they say is sorry and keep talking in circles. I'm so done with T-mobile. read more

I really wish that the T-Mobile location on Florence was open instead of this one. I have called about 10 times and the first two ENT to a full voicemail box, then an employee picked up the phone and proceeded to hang up after a couple rings the next 8 times. I just wanted to see if the had a certain phone before I left to go buy it. Can't do simple business, smh. I have been to this location twice and had a less than pleasant experience both times. I am really not one to go on Yelp and leave a bad review or any review for that matter. I just don't see what is so hard about doing you job that you applied for and are being paid to perform. The whole reason why I quit going here and started going to the store on Florence Blvd is because they know how to treat loyal and new customers. I have been a member of TMobile for a long time and never have I known a store to be so unreliable and rude. Maybe they can bring some legacy Sprint employees in to run this store properly and get rid of the dead weight. I have always enjoyed my experience at the T-Mobile stores, but I am dreading going to this one to pick up my new phone. read more
