I have six business lines for my HVAC company. One line went down. I have insurance and protection and they told me to go to .com website to get my phone replaced had to wait four days for it to be here if that was the main line, I wouldn't be able to communicate with my customers for four days they don't care. They tell you I'm sorry I care about you. I want to resolve this, but does nothing for you. I will tell all my business owner friends to get away from Verizon and go with anyone else. Literally got here before 6pm just to pick up an online order which we said we were here in the spot and an employee literally came out and took the sign inside and locked the door! First off we checked in before 6pm and second of all you obviously saw us in the curbside pickup. I get it's closed at 6pm but we got here a few minutes before 6pm! Minus 0. I ordered wireless internet last November. The deal was that I would get an Xbox and a wireless extender with the service. Well when it came time to get the extender, the link they sent me to verify my identity didn't work. They cancelled the extender immediately. I was forced to call Verizon. A half hour later they finally agreed to send it. I thought this was strange....well a few weeks later it was time to get the Xbox. Again they sent me a link to verify my identity and again the link didn't work. I was forced to call again because they cancelled the order. When I called they immediately sent me to the fraud department. They wanted me to send utility bills copy of drivers licenses! This wasn't the deal I agreed to and I shouldn't have to do it! So I figured if that's the way they do business I will cancel. So when I canceled and returned the equipment. They sent me a bill for $300 because they said I didn't return the equipment. Again I had to call to prove I returned it. Now a month later they sent me a bill for the Xbox I never received. $307.50! Two months later and seven hours of phone calls... I hope it's finally over. If not I'm getting an attorney. I'm done with Verizon! And I hope you are too! read more

The customer service for this company is extremely poor. Whether in the physical store or over the phone the employees try to pass you off to other departments hoping you'll get frustrated with the endless loops. We were charged 3118.43 and were told we were finally paid off in full and we would receive no further charges.(we decided to leave after all the poor service). Two weeks later we received another charge of almost 1000 dollars....for items they had "forgotten" about. We tried to resolve this numerous times to no avail. Employees are helpful. But corporate rules are pathetic. Lost all identification when my RV burned to the ground. Needed a replacement phone. But they would do nothing without photo ID. It was the weekend and DMV was not open. I had a copy of my original Verizon contract. Had a copy of the police report showing it burned to the ground. Had copies of utility bills and my tax return. Nothing was accepted. The trip to the store was 100 miles each way. Didn't matter. So got a copy of my driver's license and returned to the store. It was 400 miles total miles driven. Calling Verizon Customer Support was useless. They never answered the phone even after being on hold for what seemed like hours. And they are A COMMUNICATION COMPANY!!! read more

This year, my phone started to fill up with junk, and viruses, and continue to shut down. I called Verizon, and they gave me BS answers, sent me to who knows where, ended up with the home insurance policy, and they can't help, but only want to sell you another plan, and not fix, or replace my phone. How many extra add-ons does a customer have to pay to have Verizon as their phone carrier? ust frustrating as they VERIZONE cannot back what they sell. I was told that this protection plan would either fix or replace my phone. BIG LIE!!!! I was told to purchase another plan, wait 48 hours, and then call a number to have someone come to my house to fix it. That 48 hours turned into 4 days without a phone. You should think twice before going with Verizon or buying a new phone every year or two. Very dissatisfied with the service Verizon provides. sem like all they want to do is add all these additional plans that are not with the paper they are written on, just the paper they can put in their pockets and the bank. read more

Nice location and good parking (hence the two stars) and if you don't mind a crowd, no seating, employees who are ONLY interested in upselling and a one that carries very little in the way of accessories this is the place. I have visited twice and had two different sales associates and they could have been twins. Masters of the hard sell, brusk manner, little in the way of technical knowledge and low on social skills. If it is true, any organization reflects its leadership this would be an interesting study. On both visits I had a wait which is not a big issue, I'm retired so no biggie however the lack of seating is an issue for me. It's time to upgrade my phones and tablets and increase my plan and I finally visited another location and was happy with the service and product support (more on that in another review). All in all...... my personal suggestion would be to drive on by and find another Verizon outlet read more

Do not do in store drop off if your doing a trade in. They will send you out with no way to mail your trade in. We have been going in circles trying to get our phone traded in with no real solutions. We've contacted Verizon help and have been told that we should have been given a shipping label by the store, in the mail, by email QR code, and/or by UPS but have spent multiple days driving to different locations to be sent away. read more

I show up the next morning just to be told that I needed an appointment. And then they continue just to blow me off. N the middle of Covid I had to make an appointment to visit and exchange phones. I was told to come in and they could handle the business. I drove 45 minutes to make my appointment and they had security guy to tell them I arrived. He was the go between man and told me that they cancelled my appointment. No one dared to tell me in person nor did they text beforehand that they cancelled. Very rude and impersonal behavior. I will never go there again. This place has horrible customer service and looks to be managed by unprofessional young adults. I recently went into this store because I was having problems with my cell. It appeared to be lacking memory. When I arrived a curt young man took my name and put it on the waiting list and asked me to wait. We roamed around, looked at phones and then sat down. We waited 15 minutes. There were only 2 associates on the floor helping people. One young man was helping another man. They had a conversation in Spanish and English. They were laughing and joking, spoke of baseball, video games, music, etc. Everything NOT having to do with phones or Verizon. This went on the whole time I was there. The associate wasn't fixing that mans phone, just talking. Meanwhile people are starting to pack up in the store, waiting. Finally, the man left and it was our turn. Well, from the start, the associate was not friendly to us at all. He wouldn't look me in the eyes, he didn't seem to want to help me at all. I asked him what could be done for my phone and he basically said he didn't know. I suggested a memory card and he said in an attitude, " Yeah, you could get one, it might help." He wasn't friendly to us like he was to the last customer. I bought a memory card and he gave it to me. He didn't put it in my phone or help at all. As soon as he gave me my reciept he walked away. So rude. He was obviously was not taught to respect his elders or customer service. I'm not going there again. read more

I went in here excited about purchasing a new phone/line on my account and left out of frustration empty handed. I ended up ordering what I wanted online and I'll call Verizon C/S for anything further. The employees at this location are not one bit knowledgeable and had to "go ask a manager something quick" any time I had a question. Everything took so long I got to the point where I just wanted to buy the phone straight up and leave and have it activated later. This again was met with a "I'll have to go ask my manager." Before she disappeared for another 5 minutes I told her no thank you and walked out. Unbelievable incompetence. In addition to this they never actually checked me in when I first talked to one of their reps about what I wanted to buy after I walked in. It was just an absolute terrible experience. read more

Continually dont get the quality of service you would expect from this store as you would expect. I just purchased an $800 phone today and the sales rep would not turn it on nor check to see of it would activate. They did charge me the $35 activation fee though before they would even go get it out from the back of the store. I asked the representative to please turn it on and she said I need to take it home to do that. I then asked why the $35 fee. She stated that's our policy. I then let her know I disagree with that and left the store disappointed. Sure enough after arriving home and several attempts to activate the phone we had to call Verizon. The agent on the phone stated the SIM card needed to be switched. She said if you have the phone I can walk you through it. I let her know we already have the old phone away and would have to track it down. After 2 hours we got the old phone back and went to the verizon store again and waiting for a representative. The SIM card was switched and the phone was checked and it was active. I ask why did we not do this when I purchase the phone. They has no answer. If I could give this store less than 1 star I would. Continued no service for customers who pay a premium for verizon. read more

This has been a horrible experience. After trying to get a new prepaid phone at 2 other Verizon locations I was told that I have to go to this location for prepaid phones. When I got there, I was told that I need an appointment. They did have a cancellation, so they let me in. They told me I need to buy a phone at Walmart, due to COVID, they are not selling prepaid phones. I went to Walmart, purchased a phone & went back to have them help me set it up. They don't do that since I purchased it at Walmart, I need to go online or call them, but they are short staffed due to COVID, so I may not be able to get assistance. I then try to do it online, but it is not working, I can make calls, but that is it, no email, no text messages, only phone calls. I then begin the nightmare of calling Verizon. After the first call, my phone does not work at all, not even phone calls. After over 4 hours on the phone & multiple disconnects by them, I try chatting. I spend an hour chatting only for the chat to end, and now their chat line is down. I have now been without a phone for 5 days, I have paid for my phone service, which is non refundable & if I need to make a call for an emergency, I can not do that. I have NO SERVICE AT ALL. This is the worst service I have ever seen. They make Circle K employees look like employees of the year! read more

I had written a review earlier in the day and got a quick response to my negative review. I was told "your satisfaction is important to us". I was also told that "we also want to offer you the best available plan options for my needs". I have best option for my needs, unlimited data is the best option for me. Again Verizon, first and foremost thought is " how do we get this person off of the plan she is on". I responded to the person who reached out to me. Around January we purchased a new Phone and I was told it was $300 or we could put it and the Edge Plan John told me Verizon had a $25 discount per phone. He said the phone would cost me about $29 a month and with the $25 discount it would be $4-5 total a month. We've had the phones about 3 months, with Equipment charges then settled in to a $203 per month. I check my bill and Verizon was charging me $600 per phone because on the Edge Plan you lease the phone and they charge $600 per phone. I'll be going to town tomorrow and paying off these phones. read more

I had visited the store to purchase an iPad 2. There were six sales associates with four customers. After waiting for five minutes as though I did not even exist I asked for some assistance. I was told someone would be with me shortly. After 15 minutes of waiting no sales associate approach me. One associate was texting on their phone the entire time and two others were talking you're the counter off to the corner. Since there are other stores and I am a loyal customer I'll go elsewhere. I only bring this up so that management is aware that even though the store has sufficient associates not all of them are working. read more

The staff at this Verizon store have always gone above and beyond as far as customer service. The staff get you checked in right away, are very attentive as far as listening to your issues and are quick to come up with a solution. Over the last few days Sara has been the one we have been dealing with the most. She has been exceptional in the areas of getting my phone issue taken care of, got several phones in out family changed over to the ones we wanted and had made great recommendations on how we can save money on our monthly bills. Do not get a phone here. Verizon is awful to begin with but this store is the worst of the worst. My wife's contract was up so she went in for a new phone. The salesman told her that, if she traded in her old phone, her new phone would be free and she would be credited money as well. When l got my bill, it was really high. I discovered then that, not only was the phone not free, not only did they not give us the discounted advertised price, but they are billing us an extra $27 a month for 24 months. I called Verizon and they wouldn't help. They said to talk to the store manager. I went into the store and talked to the sniveling little boy they call the manager. My malfunctioning I-Phone was replaced, and my husband returned to purchase a new Samsung phone he spotted on display. Very pleasant folks to deal with. BEWARE of elderly cohersion into high-end equipment! My mom has been with Verizon for way too long. They've upsold her for years with phones and tablets that she does not know how to use or need. Today "Megan" sold her $150 earphones used mostly by athletes and trainers. Ridiculous! My mother is 65 years old, medically fragile, barely able to walk through the grocery store and not able to make the best decisions when it comes to technology and they have taken full advantage of that. She's on a very low fixed income and just wanted to listen to an audio book I gave her. I called, voiced my complaint and will be returning the equipment immediately. This is financial exploitation of the elderly and I will be escalating this complaint to a higher level. read more
