I was never greeted or advised somebody would be with me shortly although a lady who works there did glance in my direction with irritation over her phone a few times before dismissing me with her eyes. When it became apparent I didn't want to just leave without talking to somebody she signed, hung up her personal phone and meandered over. I told her what the model I was looking for right down to the phone specs and she said they didn't have it, but offered to sell me an upgraded version. When I told her I wasn't interested in that she told me to shop online for what I wanted. What ... the ... heck? I've had AT&T since they were Cingular and have never left one of their stores with that kind of a look on my face. When I got into the car my wife didn't say a word to me. She just glanced over at my expression, put the car in drive and took me to the nearest Dutch Brothers.

Doc was great, pretest tech with the colorful hair had amazing energy and was just so sweet. The last rep who assisted with completing the order was amaze balls. When the other young lady returned, she asked me if I was done with the safety glasses snarky as though I was responsible to put them away. The young lady that was helping me needed help with a few task and would turn to the other young lady (long hair with glasses) for assistance and she was even nasty to her. I told Jesse what was going on and he pointed and said, "the glue is over there" .... I had to give a black stare like WHERE?! There's a million things over there. I go to the area to look around and here comes Jesse with 3 men escorting them to what they needed and helping in great detail. As I'm looking over at them, one of the gentlemen said, "ma'am do you need help" Jesse then says, "it will be a minute" and walks away.
