If anyone is considering using their services, hopefully, these consistent negative reviews will help you make a decision to pick another vendor. LIARS LIARS LIARS LIARS LIARS LIARS LIARS Q - What happens AT&T when you outsource and off-shore your customer service department? A - You get a lot of pissed off customers that will flock to your competitors. I am now one of them. Despicable treatment by a group of totally untrained, uneducated, incompetent L I A R S First call 10/17 - This is where I lost 51 minutes of my life trying to explain an issue to their incoherent representatives. First Eileen who was totally useless. Then her 'supervisor', Jasmine who guaranteed me I would receive an email from someone on their tech team within 72 hours, Ticket #1-236907879796R2. It sounded far-fetched, but I gave her the benefit of the doubt. 10/24 - As anticipated, no response. Called again and spoke with Sierra who again, was of no use. I asked to AGAIN speak with a supervisor. After waiting for 1 hour 27 minutes (stupid me) with her coming back on the line every so often to assure me that the supervisor was coming, she disconnected the call. I guess that was her way of letting me know that a supervisor wouldn't be coming after all. Right back at you AT&T/DirectTV. Tomorrow, it's my turn and I will be one to hit the disconnect button and terminate your services.

    We added three boxes to our service after having them for over a year and we have had nothing but…read morebilling issues for the last TWO MONTHS. I have spent at least 45 minutes to an hour every call and there have literally been over 15 calls. I ordered three new boxes and long story short got charged for 8. I have put in numerous support tickets for billing to look at through various reps, being assured that it will be fixed. Just when I finally got my money back (even though I contacted you a week plus before my payment was due letting you know that it was incorrect, you still withdrew the wrong amount), I was waiting for my update bill to come through, you then suspend my services. To get them back on I had to talk to three different people and then finally I gave in and paid what I actually owed you even though my bill was still saying I owed more. ---this is what your agent advised me to do, assuring that the unpaid portion would be coming off my bill. Yesterday, I see this still isn't over . . . you withdrew for all those incorrect charges that after two months and over 15 calls, totaling in a least 15 hours of talk time with your company . . . my issue is still not resolved and now I have to call back probably 5 more time just to get the refunded. If I could rate you negative, I would. If this is how you treat a customer who has always paid on time and wanted to ADD service, I want nothing to do with your company.
