That's when he got bent out of shape the first time. Stating he would never do that he would never do anything to hurt his business or hurt his family's reputation! Looks like you just did jeremy! You'll see it with the other reviews; the man that works there is EXTREMELY personable and understanding, and can help with anything computer related. I came in to get my CPU cooler installed, and he had it done within 30 minutes. Albeit, he just sent his daughter to college and had the store closed the previous day so he was a little backed up on calls but it just showed how much care and effort he puts into each customer. While I was waiting, there were a slew of older individuals that came in asking for various help, like transferring photos to AOL, or replacing a video card in an older computer. He can do it all, and he has great prices (looking at you, Geek Squad!) Only request? Make a Facebook page if you haven't yet! With the customer base I at least saw, I'm sure there are a ton of older individuals going around Facebook that would love to visit you! Thank you so much! I had a problem with my laptop's hardware system and when I went to GeekSquad in Best Buy, hoping it was a simple enough fix for them. They told me it would be +$500 and I would need to leave it with them for a few days. As a college student, I was super hesitant and wondered if I should just get a new laptop all together, at that point. Luckily, I was recommended this place and figured I would give them a shot. I brought my laptop in, left, called about four hours later, and was told that it was fixed. They asked if they could keep it overnight, just to make sure that they truly did fix the problem and could run through a few more tests and I was more than happy to say yes. Went in the next day to get it, right at open, and was told that they had just run through three more tests and it passed every time. Cost was only around $136. I am definitely coming back here again if I have any problems. read more

BEST EVER! We have been in business 20 years and have a small network that uses a common server. We had a power serge and it left my file server down and not able to re-power. If we are not able to use the server, we are out of business until restored. I called RJ and he personally went through a list of self fixes to get us up and running. I called him a second time and he told me to bring it in. I did this and he dropped everything and installed a new power supply. We brought the server back and it booted up beautifully. Life saver. After previously bad experience with another local shop, RJ Enders restored my faith in local computer community. They were so helpful from the very beginning to every step along the way. Just got a new computer from RJ Ender computers. It is by far the fastest computer I have ever owned. I am 80 and because of the way Kay configured and set up the computer it is the most user friendly machine I have ever owned. Kay & Jeremey have been very helpful and pleasant before and after the sale. They are very good at what they do. No big box store attitude here.
